We used leaders HH for 5 years or so. Jayne was our property manager and the made the whole process absolutely brilliant. She was always helpful, always quick to get back to us and was a superb bridge between landlord and tenant. We were tenants but if I had a place to let, I would definitely want her to manage it :-)

8 years later and I am updating this review since we have a 8 happy years at the same property - Leaders in general were decent to deal with but the star in this was Jayne Brewer, who was the property manager for us. She was always helpful, professional and understood the importance of solid communication throughout. The only time we had any issue was when Jayne was away on annual leave, which is testament to how awesome she is. Its easy to point to what isn't great with letting agents these days but I feel it important to acknowledge what was also very good and Jayne embodied that. Whilst looking for a new home, we found the perfect property for us with Leaders. From the start, Lauren was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responded to queries in good time. Lauren did everything she could to make the move a stress free as possible. She provided regular updates and even came to work on her day off to hand over keys to us to ensure a consistent approach. Excellent stuff start to finish and will be recommending her to anyone who asks!

Great service helped me find a really decent flat. Katarina in particular was an unbelievable help and to be quite frank went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Whether this was by driving me from flat to flat whilst I was injured, to really helping ok the verification process, she’s a real credit to her profession and branch, they should be grateful to have her. Leaders have acted for us for many years in respect of an investment property we own in Haywards Heath. The property was let to various tenants who were sourced and vetted by Leaders. All the tenants proved to be good and reliable and treated the property reasonably well. Leaders managed the property by undertaking regular property reports and arranging for local tradesmen to undertake incidental repairs as they arose. Their Management Service was very good. Leaders also dealt with the ultimate sale of the property. They dealt with the whole marketting process to Completion. The care and advice iven by the Letting Department and the Sales Department was excellent throughout.

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Jayne in the maintenance depart. She has been absolutely amazing. We had to have a new boiler fitted and lots of work done in our flat.
