Gail was quick in responding to any query that we had before securing our property and was extremely efficient when it came to communicating our queries to the landlady and the current tenant. Lettings guys always very quick to find a tenant for me and then after the tenant moves in Sarah takes over and is responsive always keeps me up to date with new regulations which my last agent didnt and this feels me with confidence for how good an agent Leaders are. GoogleThe team at Leaders in Haywards Heath were fantastic in helping with our move. Tom especially took care to help us find an ideal property in the short timeframe we had, he was then attentive through the moving process and was on hand to help us through; making an offer to the landlord, referencing, paperwork, payment of deposit/rent all the way up to inventory and key handover. I'll definately be going back to the team at Haywards Heath in the future and would reccomend anyone else to do so. Thanks again for all of your help.

GoogleLeaders were professional from the moment they found me a property to rent through to the date I was able to collect the keys. Lauren kept me up to date with progress and fully explained each step, which took so much of the worry out of the process. Paperwork was emailed over which meant i could read this through at my convenience rather than having to find time to drop into the office. The team at Haywards Heath were all very helpful and took time to ensure my needs were met.

GoogleWe are in a short stay let at the moment in Crawley as we had difficulty finding somewhere locally that allowed pets! Thank to Sarah for all her help, I know we haven't been able to rent through you, but Sarah has been attentive and really listened to our needs and I would definitely recommend Leaders to other people. Sarah called me back when she said she would and has messaged me about several properties, its just a shame we wasn't able to act sooner as we just missed out on 3 suitable places. Our house is progressing well, the survey was done on Friday, so I think the short let might be ok for us and we will no longer need to rent.
