GoogleI had the most amazing experience looking for a new place to rent with Leaders. I'm new to the process of renting a property using an agency, so I tend to overthink and constantly worry about every little detail. I had the pleasure of working with Jess. The support she provided, along with regular calls and quick replies to my e-mails put my anxious mind at ease. I also enjoyed the fact that I was allowed to make my own decision whenever options were available. I can't wait to move into my new place. Definitely recommend their services.

GoogleLauren and her team have been fantastic, mostly dealing with them remotely due to the back end of covid, but they have facilitated 2 viewings of the property answered a million questions and have responded with 24 hours ( weekends permitting) on all occasions, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased I chose Leaders to rent from.

GoogleTerrible experience, partly down to an awful landlord but they didn't really help - everything was a 'grey area', not their fault. Had to eventually escalate to the CEO of Leaders to get some sort of action. Not having a reliable source of hot water and heating for over 7 days during the coldest time of the year with an elderly dog - unacceptable. Now having to go to small claims court to sue the Landlord as this isn't part of the 'deposit' apparently although its part of the contract - weird. Still waiting for deposit issues to be resolved through TDS - they got a quote to clean some dust, cobwebs, crumbs and 2 leaves for a 7 room house for £423 - someone's making a good profit somewhere. Whole host of issues with the property. Even more amusing the landlord gave them a fantastic review thats on their website. Guess they did a good job the money they charged us for a property not fit to be let. Another agent told us they had refused to take the property on - we quickly found to why.

GoogleWe recently considered renting our house out for a period of time and chose Leaders to manage the rental. Lauren came to visit the property and spent an hour going through every detail of a potential let. A couple of days later she produced an extremely professional assessment of the costs and potential income we may receive. For various reasons we chose not to go ahead but if we had there is no doubt we would have used Lauren to manage it. An extremely professional person and and a very impressive company.

GoogleLauren @ Leaders came highly recommended to me. She helped me with advice on an existing tenancy and proved to me that she totally knew her stuff. She impressed me so much that when that tenancy ended I went straight back to her to ask her to help me find new tenants. Which she has done quickly and efficiently. GoogleBeing new to the landlord experience we invited several agents to review our requirements and we can honestly say that Lauren stood head and shoulders above the competition. We found her straight talking and very helpful always going the extra mile when required including the speed in which she had to work to get our first tenant on board. This was not only sorting the legalities but also arranging various contractors to carry out essential works before the tenancy could be commence, bearing in mind the uniqueness of our property being grade 2 listed. When we had queries or concerns she was always responsive on e-mail or phone to alleviate any worries including late evenings and therefore giving us a feeling of being her only client. We would have no hesitation in recommending Leaders because of Lauren.
