I had a viewing of the flat I now rent with Sammie who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. It was two weeks from the viewing to my move-in date. In that time she was communicative and ensured that the contract was organised in time. I was also given a 'welcome to your home' pack with treats and useful bits when I picked up the keys - a nice touch! Since then I've been working with Jayne - also very friendly - who manages the property. I've been impressed by how quickly issues are turned around and any message I send gets a prompt reply. The contractors that Leaders use have been friendly and professional. I've had absolute nightmares with renting but this has been a real change of pace and I've been very happy working with Leaders.

We had a really positive experience of renting out a property with Leaders. The branch manager, Adam Hills, was incredibly helpful and spent time answering all our questions. He dealt with everything promptly and provided us with excellent communication. In the end we managed to get a tenant into the property just a week after we completed the purchase and Leaders managed all the necessary arrangements really efficiently. We were really impressed with the service Adam provided and can wholeheartedly recommend Leaders, especially for anyone renting a property for the first time.

Gail keeps me regularly up to date on what is happening. There is nothing more worry some moving to a new house for you and your son and you don't know what is going on. Even helping me with quotes for broadband and wifi. Gail at Haywards Heath were all very helpful and took time to ensure my needs were met.
