I was really happy with the positive and encouraging attitude from Sarah, Ingrid and Katie and was particularly impressed with Sarahs high efforts she put in to getting us into the property. The referencing was difficult with my fiance working in the forces as it was hard to actually get references that were in the country and able to take the time to do one, but the team at leaders helped to push them and were always willing to update me when i asked for info. The ladies were kind and calming when i was stressing out and seemed to go to every length to ensure we had the most stress free experience which helped as i am currently pregnant so dont deal with the stress too well. After two sets of viewings, speaking to four different agents, and telling each one of them our situation and details separately, they decide the day before our final viewings where we intended to make an offer on one of them to tell us they can't actually let to anyone with a guarantor to cover part of the rent. They lost fees for guarantors, the agents that took us around houses to see them said they'd be able to do that as long as the landlord agreed. We are now back to the start with almost no time before we need to take a property because they lied to us about being able to rent from them for almost a month.

The Haywards Heath branch of Leaders were fantastic in helping us find a home to rent. As four mid-twenty year olds we were met with significant discrimination because of our age range. We explained to Leaders that two of us were to start Masters Degrees in London and the other two were working locally so a home near the train station would be ideal. I was told by other estate agents in the area that despite two of us being married and that we were either graduate students or young professionals that we would have to look for a landlord more 'desperate.' Leaders helped us find a landlord who would be willing to rent to sharers and they also mediated with the landlord to reassure him and he agreed to rent to us. The staff were sympathetic to our needs and situation and we are now extremely happy in our home. It has allowed my husband and I to live together for the first time in four years due to work/study commitments and also to be able to share with friends and save towards the future. I would certainly say that out of all the Estate Agents in Haywards Heath they were the most professional and helpful. If my husband and I were to rent again in the future in the area we would go to Leaders.

Leaders provided an excellent service with my rental and found me excellent tenants. Any repairs or other matters were always dealt with in a timely fashion. They were just as good when I chose to sell through them - professional at all times yet very approachable and friendly. The photos on the property details were the best I have ever seen. All in all they managed both my letting and my sale in an exemplary manner and I would highly recommend them.

Poor service. Poor communication. Poor response times. Repairs not completed on time, some took 6 months. Emails for deposit protect scheme didn't match, wrong address. Had to chase for everything in our first year living together. We'd get several communications from different agents about the same thing. No updates given. They have responded to this review within 10 minutes! Why could you not have been this prompt through my tenancy?
