GoogleAll of the staff members are extremely polite and professional - Gail and Tom (who I spoke to mainly) were both very helpful, and helped me find a flat in less than a week! They were both very quick to respond to calls and emails, so the process was very smooth. Very good experience overall.

GoogleReally fast and smooth turnaround getting a property sorted for us when we needed somewhere to live with two weeks notice. The reference forms are fairly substantial but the whole thing was very transparent and professional throughout.

GoogleThe people are lovely but the system, the contracts and the policies of head office towards children, pets and fairness (on the part of tenant as opposed to landlord) what terrible. A real shame as the negotiators are fantastic
