I called for the flat 3 times, each time I heard that the agent will contact me later when I called the last time I heard that the flat was sold in a very nasty way when I asked for another flat employee said that it is not available and literally dropped the phone without registering or hearing goodbye simply rude behavior to a potential client .... it's a pity to give flats / houses to this agency because you can see that is where the apartment / house will sell, not what other agencies ...

I choose them because they advertised on both Rightmove and Zoopla and seemed to have excellent area and market knowledge. I was sale agreed in 2 weeks and have just recently exchanged!
