GoogleCannot recommend Stones and the whole team enough! It's been 3 years i've been dealing with them and never had a single issue or hiccup they couldn't solve. Had a few bad experiences previously where once paperwork signed, customer service was non-existant but i am so happy to say this has never been the case with Stones and i know am 100% sure i will never be taking my business elsewhere!!

FacebookI just wanted to give an insight to Stones Property & the Team. I have been renting from Stones for the past 5 years and during this period I have never had an issue with my landlord Mr Thind or Stones Property. When there has been a problem in the property the agents namely Sandeep & Ruban have helped and ensured that my family have not been put out for a lengthy period of time. We have rented before but found that Stones always take time out to go above and beyond. The Team has changed and my relatives have rented a property from Waran 3 years ago & the service standards were as I would expect. We today have rented another property from Stones for my relatives on Church Road. Dylan & Sanjay have been extremely helpful in Sandeep’s absent whilst he is in the process of opening a second office in Hillingdon. Stones are a young team with old school morals on how to give the best customer service! It’s nice to see the Team is progressing and that they are going strong is difficult times. Once again a first class service from the Team at Hayes..... keep up the good efforts!

Dear Nairobi, We are very sorry to hear of your bad experience with us. Our colleague was late, but only by 5 minutes however the office did inform you of the delay. Nevertheless we were late & understand if this caused you an inconvenience. We are dealing with this property as a request from a current landlord, our office is based in Greater London therefore with this property being in Reading it is out of our area hence traffic on the M4 were not expected. We will learn from this and ensure that should we experience traffic that the client is kept aware of our time of arrival as demonstrated. Once again, we apologise for our colleagues punctuality. They have been incredibly helpful in the search of a prpperty we could call a home, and despite a long and tiring search they didn't stop helping and we came across a place we liked. Although we have not yet acquired the property, we are currently in the process of doing so and they've always gone above and beyond. Highly recommend!

GoogleI first used Stones to sell my flat in Hayes, since I have then used there services again to buy two more properties directly through Stones & they too have rented them for me. I have found there service faultless as rents are always paid on time, the properties are looked after & more importantly they have found me long term tenants on both properties. One of the properties I used there services for is directly opposite my own home therefore I was concerned about getting the right tenant and ensuring I would not be pestered as I pay them for a Managed Service. Testament to Stones they have found the perfect tenant & I feel the tenant has fulfilled there duties to the max! I have recently too been approached by a new member of staff from the office called Sapna & I was pleasantly surprised about her professionalism and I'm certain she will be an assets to Ruban, Sandeep, Waran & Ranj.

GoogleI would like to say that having rent through Stones property since early 2014, I have found there services very good. They have a positive team that when I have had an issue at the property they have tried there upmost with the assistance of the landlords Mr & Mrs Hennesey to resolve the issues as swiftly as possible. I have found the renting experience through Stones perfect and I would not hesitate on recommending there services to any of my friends or family in the future. I'm sad to leave this property as I have found it an ideal home whilst commuting between France & the UK. Best of luck to the boys at Stones in the future! Henri
