I recently sold my house through Stones Property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Scott and Serge were brilliant from the very start. They were friendly, honest, and really on top of everything. They kept me updated throughout the process, gave solid advice, and handled any hiccups quickly and calmly. What stood out most was how genuine they were. It never felt like just another transaction, they actually cared about getting the right result and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You don’t always get that with estate agents, but you do with these guys. Everything went smoothly, and I ended up with a great outcome thanks to their hard work and professionalism. I highly commend the services rendered by Stone Property at Hayes. Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

Absolutely appalling service from Stones Property Management. We have been left without hot water for five days over a bank holiday weekend after our boiler exploded, leaving visible burn marks and damage to the wall. Despite this being a serious safety issue, we have had zero response, no acknowledgement and no attempt to communicate with us. It is completely unacceptable to ignore tenants in these circumstances, particularly when the issue involves potential electrical or fire risk. A basic duty of care would be to respond and arrange support, neither of which has happened. This level of negligence and lack of communication is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

I recently purchased a house with Stones property and I have to say the whole team was brilliant. From the beginning of my first view with Dhillon, he was very informative, kept me updated constantly, was honest and offered good advice. Once offer was in place Ranj and Waran was my go to person. It was very stressful time for me and my wife, lots of hurdles. However Ranj and Waran were very empathetic, always answering countless questions wether it was repetitive or stupid, giving honest advice and managing our expectation at all level and we could see they were doing their level best to get the best outcome for us. Throughout the whole process they were readily available whenever needed. It was so good to see such estate agent still exist and when I got to visit them finally I could see how amazing of the team they have, like a family. So I would recommend this business 100% and once again a huge thanks to the whole team for making our dream come true.

Sandeep and Waren both worked hard to get tenants asap with any void month. Giving me constant update. Any repairs and faults with the cheapest cost. What more a landlord could ask for. Recently they have sold one of my property, for which they have helped me out with everything. One of the peaceful sales I have ever done. Stones are a team of very authentic and genuine Estate Agents. To sell our house, after having a few quotes and all kinds of opinions from various other estate agents, we called Stones. Scott the incharge for valuations gave us a very realistic idea about the listing price, expected time scale and some staging tips.No sales pitch and other common sales tactics were used.Every bit of the information proved to be true at the end and we are proud of our judgement that we decided to go with them instead of choosing to go for any other estate agents around. They are not among the ones that initially would lure you into listing with all kinds of sales pitch and how they advertise your house all over the world and yet forget get a result at the end. We got the price that Scott had estimated. Stones are neither sweet talkers nor rude, they just get on with the job and get it done. Ranj will help you with best mortgage advice. Fees charged are old school & genuine to say the least. Ruban was the main contact throughout this and was as much involved and totally focused on this as much as we were. Huge credit to Ruban for all the work that we know he had put into this in the middle of covid situation. It is actually a relief to realise that such firms are still around. We had the valuation meeting scheduled. About 10-15 mins before the planned appointment i received a call to confirm the meeting, which I confirmed, and was told that agent will come shortly. He has never come. If they start cooperation in this way I don't think they are reliable company, so definitely will not use their services.

Even though Stones Property promised good service at the start, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication was almost non-existent, I was always the one chasing updates, and the promised follow-up calls never happened. They also gave an unrealistically high valuation just to beat other estate agents, which turned out to be misleading. In the end, I lost money because the actual market value was much lower than what they told me. After deciding to withdraw from my contract, I emailed and called multiple times but never received any response. They completely ignored my formal notice to cancel and wasted a lot of my time. Very poor communication, lack of honesty, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid Stones Property.

We commissioned Stones Architects to provide plans for a loft conversion and were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Despite clearly communicating our priorities around usable space and storage, the final design fell far short of expectations and led to a range of significant issues during the build. Key elements were either omitted or poorly considered - including internal chimney stacks, steel placements, insulation requirements, and storage layout - resulting in substantial extra costs, delays, and major compromises to the finished space. Many of these problems could have been avoided with better attention to detail, more proactive planning, and clearer communication. We raised these concerns in full and waited nearly four months for a response, which unfortunately deflected much of the responsibility to us to flag technical gaps in the design, and made it clear that client experience was not a priority. We would not recommend this firm based on our experience and would encourage others to be cautious and ensure every aspect of the design is double-checked before proceeding.
