Scott came over house and assured me they had clients looking for the type of my property, so we had two open days where around 30 people came and viewed my house ,,,within a few days I was offered full asking price... GoogleI just wanted to give an insight to Stones Property & the Team.
I have been renting from Stones for the past 5 years and during this period I have never had an issue with my landlord Mr Thind or Stones Property. When there has been a problem in the property the agents namely Sandeep & Ruban have helped and ensured that my family have not been put out for a lengthy period of time.
We have rented before but found that Stones always take time out to go above and beyond. The Team has changed and my relatives have rented a property from Waran 3 years ago & the service standards were as I would expect.
We today have rented another property from Stones for my relatives on Church Road. Dylan & Sanjay have been extremely helpful in Sandeepβs absent whilst he is in the process of opening a second office in Hillingdon.
Stones are a young team with old school morals on how to give the best customer service! Itβs nice to see the Team is progressing and that they are going strong is difficult times.
Once again a first class service from the Team at Hayes..... keep up the good efforts!

Introduction Only, Rent Collection & Fully Managed.
Our landlord has only paid for an Introduction service which has been explained to you at the start of the tenancy.
Unfortunately all maintenance is off the landlords responsibility. We were employed for a tenant find service.

I was fortunate to be given a work experience placement at Stones Property.
During my one-week placement, I had been in a professional environment which taught me various skill sets which I will benefit from in future employment.
The team namely Sandeep and Akbar have given me a brief insight of the basic structure within the lettings department. I too was able to shadow Waran and Ranj on their day to day work schedule within financial services.

GoogleRecently moved out of a property on Birchway in Hayes, extremely impressed on how quick the check out was done, property inspection completed and return of deposit via DPS, I broke the light in the lounge and the agents quoted Β£90.00 labour and material to replace.... bare in mind it was a three light with fan! thought the cost was extremely reasonable and I didn't feel as though I was being ripped off on vacation.
Hard working agents and clearly they do the right things as they too have refurbished there office and it looks sick!!!!!!!!
THEY SHOULD ADD INTERIOR DESIGN TO THERE SERVICES!

GoogleDO NOT USE this agency If you are letting out a property. There are a number of reason why I say this
No.1 from personal experience they are untruthful about tennets credit checks.
No.2 they are unprofessional and unhelpful.
No.3 they delay and deceive workload ie. Sending contractors to the house, took over a week and each day I was told they will be out on the day.
No.4 they are unapproachable and dishonest.
No.5 do not believe what they tell you about the people they recommend to accommodate.
No.6 you need to keep chasing them for information so be prepared to spend many hours talking on the phone.
These are some of the troubles which I faced using stones. They made the entire process extremely stressful. I would 100% never be using them again! Don't be fooled by first impressions of them they are horrible estate agents!!

GoogleI rented a property from Stones in Hayes over 12 months ago, when renting I paid a deposit to them. I completely forgot to get my deposit back.
Stones didn't have a forwarding address for me & I also changed my mobile as I moved overseas but they kept emailing me on an old email address telling me to get my money back as there was no deductions.
I found that Waran who kept chasing me via email was very honest in making sure i got my money back.
it goes to show that there are good estate agents out there.

Afternoon Sir,
I am responding to your false rating you have provided for our services as your fully aware of the following -
1. You moved into the property at short notice which was accommodating your needs.
2. You have rented a property in the Ballymore Development which you as a previous tenant in the development should be aware of the legalities of the utility services.
3. The landlord has a legal liability under the title of the property to have full liability of the utilities should the property be sublet.
4. The previous tenant has not paid the bill hence the services have been disconnected.
5. Stones are not responsible to pay the bill as you have stated to my team.
6. Stones only provide a Rent Collection Service therefore do not have liability to resolve this matter.
7. Stones have emailed you confirmation that we have changed the utility into your name & that we too were investigating the matter.
8. Stones have sent a contractor to investigate the matter which once again is not our liability.
9. Stones had a member of the team attend the property as a good will visit to see if they could assist.
10. The post-box key is once again no liability of Stones, your landlord is aware he must obtain that from either the management company or the previous tenant.
11. You have raised an issue with the dishwasher & the toilet flush once again these are not a concern of Stones as we do not manage the property.
You have had a visit from the landlord in the last 24 hours who has noted the defects & investigating further & you have had visits from Stones in the last 48 hours & an engineer in the last 72 hours.
I think you will find that if you at look the definition of a Rent Collection Service the above issues you have raised do NOT fall under the service.
You clearly feel aggrieved & as the team have demonstrated we sympathise with you & were more than willing to assist, however since you have refused to remove you review which is not true nor accurate we refuse to entertain the matter further.
Please refrain form contacting our office as per the defects or the utilities you have all contact details for your landlord on the Move In Letter therefore I suggest you do what is expected of you & report to a person that is responsible.

This agency is full with Liars. Rude staff and very unprofessional. Stay away from them donβt waste precious time.

GoogleI am a tenant with Stones Property and I only have great things to say about them.
The team is professional, dedicated and kind. Any issues are resolved very quickly, and they are on top of any maintenance request made. They also will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner, and they go out of their way to help as much as they can. They are very easy to contact and respond to queries in a couple hours even when they are very busy.
Even before making an offer, they were very accommodating for the viewing as I had to come from another city, and kept in touch throughout. The team has a great communication amongst themselves and they all make one feel very comfortable.
I have to praise Serge, Sanj, Simrat and Courtney for their competence, professionalism and more importantly, for solving problems well and quickly, no matter how big or small.
