GoogleVery deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense

GoogleScott, Courtney, Reuben and all the staff were so supportive, friendly and professional in showing people around our home with an offer within no time. Plenty of viewings and a fair offer for our property. Very knowledgeable of the area around for viewings and always going the extra bit for you as nothing was impossible for them. Even after our move and revisit back to see friends and attend health appointments. They're very informative and they offered great advice to us as well for buying as well as selling. Very recommendable to others as well.

GoogleStones sold our flat in Hayes end recently and I have been really impressed with the way they carried out the sale. Selling a property is never easy and is time consuming however stones were always available to talk and explain the next steps, sometimes acting as the median between the buyer and their solicitors. I would recommend the team at stones from Scott and Courtney in sales to Ruban handling the latter phases. I had numerous discussions with Ruban in the end and every time we spoke he reassured it and moved the conversations to a resolution. Thanks Stones and I wish you all the possible success. GoogleI do not recomand these agency! I've lost 1 month to move in a studio flat because of stone property which haven't updates me properly. What's really sad about them is that they don't care about their customers and their emergency situation! Do not read to the positive reviews as they are lies to attract you guys!!! Don't spend your money with them, spend it somewhere else as these people are waste of your time and energy! Manipulative, liars, and not trustful! Don't go to Courtney! She is not profesional at all or either her collegues! You need to run afther them on a daily routine! They don't know what is good customers services! Everything go from mouth to mouth!
Dear Caroline Mapella, Firstly I would like to sincerely apologise for your experience. We would have been happy to rent a property to you, however just as you were messed around, so were we. Unfortunately, the properties we have available are not owned by us and we are a 'no win, no fee' estate agency, and so were really hoping that we could have moved you in, so that we would have been paid for our services, however the property works still remain unfinished. Unfortunately, it was due to the tradesmen employed by the landlord were unable to commit to the dates originally agreed and so move in was continually delayed. The property works have still not been completed. Unfortunately, this is a problem we do face time to time and we are sorry again you had to experience this. However once we knew this was an ongoing problem, we did arrange for your deposit to be transferred back within 24 hours. Kind Regards Stones Property

GoogleI was pleasantly surprised when I struck up a conversation with the team at Stones Property to find out that they dealt with sales. Believing them to be lettings specialists, I had originally gone to them to rent a property for my partner and I on a temporary basis and ended up making an invaluable contact. I discussed my mother in laws property with Ruban and explained that she was going to be moving in with ourselves once the purchase of our house (not negotiated by Stones and therefore taking ages - hence the temporary renting situation) was complete. Considering the current state of the property market, Ruban and the Stones team manged to help us sell my mother in law's property perfectly in time with our move in date, freeing up capital for much needed improvements. The 3 bedroom house in the heart of west London had been home to my mother in law for 30+ years and despite being a bit of a fixer upper, was purchased by an ambitious young couple, looking for something they could renovate and make their own. Needless to say, all parties were very happy with the outcome. We were astounded by the service, in particular the communication throughout the process which left us with only one regret - that we didn't buy OUR house through Stones. GoogleI recently rented a property through Stones Property in Hayes, I must say that I was quite suprised how easy it was from paying a reservation deposit to collecting keys. On move in I found there was a problem with the kitchen sink, Ruban was very proactive in arrange for an engineer to visit on the same day to fix the problem! I am pleasantly surprised at there efficiency and would not have an issues in referring them to friends and family.

GoogleVery poor experience. Booked a viewing for a property I’ve been eager to see. Explained that I can’t view midweek due to my job as I currently have no one to cover me so can only attend viewings at weekends or evenings after 6.30pm. Was advised I’d have to wait almost 2 weeks for an available weekend time, which I did. A little after 5pm yesterday I got a voicemail to say the viewing was canceled with no explanation and I could have Wednesday instead which I can’t do! I’d moved other viewings around to make sure I could accommodate this one and the service and apathy about viewings and potential clients times is appalling.
Dear Ms Donnelly, We are very sorry to hear of your grievance. As good practice we confirm viewings 24 hours before the viewing and again on the day. On this occasion the tenant was unable to make the previously confirmed date and so all viewings for the day had to be cancelled. Thankfully this was done 24 hours before as opposed to being on the day. We especially understand the current market and with the lack of property coming onto the market both buyers and tenants are especially becoming more and more frustrated. Something unfortunately beyond our control. This frustration tends to be taken out on the agents and this is rather unfair. As traditional estate agents alot of investment in terms of time and money goes into marketing a property. We are a 'no win, no fee' estate agency. In essence, we would love every client to turn up, every viewing to happen which would hopefully result in the success of selling or letting a property. It is only then do we get paid, right at the end of the transaction. 1 star reviews awarded to us, where viewings are cancelled at no fault of our own, with parties involved being notified at the earliest opportunity are completely unfair and detrimental to our business. He was able to provide helpful tips and marketed our property and was able to get us a tenant very quickly. GoogleI've had my property for sale with Stones for over four months, and I have not even received a single offer. The property was marketed & reduced by the price they decided. Staff has been giving incorrect information whilst viewing, and when I asked them to take off the market, the manager didn't even come over the phone. Hi Gaurav, Sorry we were not able to sell your property as your fully aware we did give you a realistic market valuation, however as you wanted to purchase another property next door to your main residence the asking price was requested by yourself which in fact was £60,000 more than the valuation figure. We agreed to market at your chosen price but made it abundantly clear this was an inflated figure & this was reflected in the lack of viewing activity during the marketing period. After 8 weeks of little interest we managed to generate a realistic offer for the market value however this was not acceptable to you as you were unable to secure a property at your desired purchase price. You have rightly pointed out that you agreed to reduce your marketing price but you have failed to mention that the reduction that we as professionals proposed was once again like our original valuation was dismissed and you reduced by a figure that once again was not a true reflection of your property value. We will not apologise for not being able to sell an over priced three bedroom flat & certainly not channel our energy or efforts on trying to sell a property for a vendor whom is not realistic nor motivated to work with him agent of choice! It surprises us that you work for one of the UK's largest bank / mortgage lenders NatWest & factoring in your profession, you think that it warrants to overprice properties & expect an agent to achieve a value that is not warranted. As a word of advise I suggest you speak to your in house Mortgage Advisor in the Hayes Branch and request their views on how a property should & would be valued! I'm certain they would reiterate to you that overvalued properties are not going to be borrowed against! To conclude the matter you have failed to point out that you too marketed your property previously for an inflated price & Groundhog Day has come again & your in the same position again! I strongly suggest that should you wish any agent to market your property in the future and you are seriously motivated to sell you take the professional agents comments & valuation on board & you might have the opportunity to send a positive review that is factual rather than a negative review which is completely inaccurate!
