This estate agency is TERRIBLE! Recently had such an awful experience with them whilst trying to rent a new property. I'm not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from, I'm fairly certain that they are fake and being written by the agents themselves. Please be aware, they are absolute con artists. Sayem appears to have many positive reviews about how professional and helpful he was, and I couldn't disagree more. That man is a pest and a scammer. Immediately after viewing our property, he started harassing us and pressuring us to pay a holding deposit on the property, even though we hadn't put an offer in or provided any information yet regarding our income or preferred move in date etc. We eventually paid our holding deposit, which he said multiple times would not be refundable, and afterwords then told us we wouldn't meet the affordability criteria for the tenancy, meaning we were going to have to pay thousands upfront in rent. This could have been avoided had Sayem actually checked information we had provided before paying money upfront. Due to his unprofessional actions, and the fact he had been so rude and pushy throughout the process, we eventually decided to pull out of the property rather than having to pay money upfront. Luckily, we were given our holding deposit back, but I would recommend treading carefully if you wanted to rent a property through this estate agency.

It was a pleasure to deal with Lawlors estate agents recently when I was looking for accommodation in London. From the first call to their offices to Lucy to arrange a viewing of the property to completion and moving in 10 days later was effortless. My circumstances required a bit of a team effort. The staff I had dealings with in particular, Lucy, Fahad and Rasheela were always prompt, friendly and helpful in responding to my queries by telephone and email and sorting out the details of this rental contract. When I visited their offices to complete the contract matters all the paperwork was ready and fully explained with copies immediately available for my records. It has become clear to me that Lawlors are definitely on the side of the landlords and not the tenants. They ignore/dismiss the tenant's needs/maintenance requests if it were to cause inconvenience to the landlord. Furthermore, I have come to know they are involved in unethical practises, such as charging some tenants more rent for an identical flat and charging extra for furnished flats in a newly built development!

I was recommended by a friend to use Lawlors, I've been a landlord for over 15 years and have used various different estate agents in the area. I am so impressed with these guys, I felt I really had to write a review. In particular I was very impressed with Kelly-Jo Taylor's super professional services and tremendous help throughout the process of finding a suitable tenant for my property. She was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with legislation and her attention to detail was fabulous. The process was very smooth and well handled. I recently relocated to London, UK - from India with my family of 2 kids, and stayed in Airbnb initially.. people searching for apartment in London knows how difficult to get a rented house now a days, that to entering this country as a new family without bank accounts, no credit history and only with a Forex card provided by the company. To be honest I spend almost 3 weeks in London dedicatedly searching for a rented house using openrent, zoopla, Rightmove. So tired and even thought of talking to my company to return back to India. Finally one day got a call from Asad, I explained my urgency, staying with 2 girl kids, once I get the rented house only then I can send them to school, spending 1000s of pounds in Airbnb. You guys can't believe, he sorted out my issue in one day, he shown me a safe apartment society and I entered to the apartment after all verification on 4th day (today). He is very professional completed all the process on time and follow up me and given the correct direction since I am new to this country.
