Lawlors have impressed me from the outsets since I got in touch for business. I dealt with Sayem and Asad primarily and they were spot on most of the times. Sayem was able to send me videos and photos of the apartment I was interested in without wasting time and whilst I was in office extremely busy and occupied. After Sayem left for holidays, Asad stepped in to continue from where Sayem left and fast-tracked the whole process to handover the keys in time. Must admit I was at times a bit pushy due to personal reasons but they dealt with me professionally throughout with great patience and respect and I really appreciate the gesture. The only area I would like them to improve on his email communication, often I was sending emails but wasn't getting replies as I expected but apart from that everything else was dealt with nicely and I am enjoying the new dwelling. I'd like to highly recommend Asad and Fahad from Lawlors Estate agents. I have had an amazing experience for the past 13 years where they have been managing a rental property of mine in Southall. Honest people nothing under the table I have tried few other estate agents to sell my house with but they weren't being honest telling me one price and was getting a different offer. EDIT: I did get my deposit back in full today, hence why removing relevant sections of the review. Probably the worst agency I had to deal with. Repairs were not being done (some of them were even stated in check in document yet after numerous calls and emails and yes I can provide details in case there is a sassy reply from the owner). - 3 WEEKS to fix boiler that was heavily leaking - 1 year and counting and kitchen floor was never fixed at all - leak from the neighbour was never fixed (neighbour even said he would fix it himself but lawlors never phoned him back) - Rude unprofessional staff - contract breached when they changed day of moving in by a week 2 days before the actual day (!!!) - even check out staff were late by 0.5 hour (I had to cancel a meeting before of that) list goes on and on and on.... It is now day 8 out of 10 days when the deposit has to be given back - yet very rude agent just basically told me he cant do anything (their usual reply) and that he is going to call back (never happens). I dont leave review too often but in this particular case - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have been with Lawlors since, I believe, they started. I can not praise them highly enough. They manage six properties for us. We never have long void periods. But, as importantly, as soon as tenants report a problem, they get straight on to us, we usually say 'go ahead', and the problem gets sorted quickly. Me and my girlfriend were living in 2 properties rented from The Lawlors Estate Agents during a 3 years time, and we couldn’t reccommend them highly enough. The team there, Rashila, Assad, Kharan and Malik was so helpful in explaining what we needed to do. They were always available to answer any questions we had (no matter how silly or small they were!) and overall we received a fantastic and friendly service from The Lawlors Estate Agents. Due to some changes in my workplace, I had to start to work with a dog, so hard to find a property who will accept a dog. I was so stressed at that time, being afraid that we will not find a property. They said to me, to stay calm, because everything will be sorted out, and when the outcome came, I was speechless, because the property was awesome, and the rent that they asked for it, more than modest. We couldn't find anything cheaper,with the entire facilities included, than what they offered to us, on the market. So, if you will find a property let by them, don't think twice,go for it, you are in good hands. If we will have to come back and live in London,again, definitely we will come to them. So there is a bunch of mixed reviews on here but I can only comment on my experience. I was recently told by my former landlord to vacate our old property, On the lookout for new rented accommodation I came across Lawlors and called. Asad was on the other line, I was blown away by the dedication and commitment he showed in assisting me find a new flat, with this gentlemans help we found a great place. There was a slight hiccup with the lift not working at our new accomodation but this didnt stop Asad. He arranged for engineers to look at this but in the mean time we had to move in. Knowing the difficulty of the heavy lifting we would have, he then went above and beyond and assisted us by helping us move the heaviest of our furniture on our check in date and assisted for at least 2 hours (this was on his day off). I am so thankful to God that there are people still out there who care. The other person I interacted with was Roshina, she handled most of the administration work and was a great help in getting things organised and moving. I would definitely recommend Lawlors and Asad specifically to anyone looking for a place to rent or buy. To the owners/managers of Lawlors, Asad and Roshina need to have there efforts recognised and I hope you guys can do that for them!

Stay away at all costs from this unscrupulous estate agent. Don't trust anything that they say and get it in black and white for proof if things go wrong else they deny everything. This is the response back to this estate agent's response"This is a fake review posted by a competitor" I'd like to say try harder ...this just show you don't want to own up to your responsibility but first instance of how to to cover up and deny.
