They all work together as a team to get you the best value for your home and suitable buyers (my house sold in 3 days). Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, and no question is a 'silly question'. 'You are kept up to date throughout the moving process, and if you call and no one is available, rest assured if you leave a message, one of the team will get back to you before end of business that day. I even used to pop into the office whilst out shopping to ask a question and was always made welcome and my questions were answered and my mind put at rest. We recently purchased home and whole experience with Bairstow Eves Estate Agents (collier Row) has been outstanding. They are very professional, make all effort to ensure customer satisfaction is core of everything they do. From the start they guided us quite well, the communication was very efficient and response from the agency was quick. They explained the end the end process over phone and also shared the process flow and other documentations as and when required. I was suggested the Mortgage Advisor and Solicitor by the agency and both of them were also quite efficient. The agency keeps proper communication between buyer, seller, solicitors and the mortgage advisor. In my case there were few complications, these were patiently dealt and right outcomes were achieved. I got exceptional support from Sam Brooks, Wesley Brown and Deborah Webster and I can't thank them enough for they have provided during the whole buying process. The in-house mortgage advisor (Jack Bullard) was outstanding, he had face to face meetings with us and explained the mortgage options and the lenders I can choose, as well as helped in securing right Home and Life insurances. He closely and patiently followed up with the lender as the list of documents being requested by lender was never ending. Post buying also the agency is supporting by resolving the queries and request efficiently. I would highly recommend Bairstow eves (Collier Row) to all in future.

The photographer was very nice and friendly who knew his job very well. Deborah's been very good. Keeping us informed with the progress by phone and email.
