GoogleVery quick transaction after my offer was accepted. Was hard to get a viewing as they are limited to Saturdays or after 4.30pm. Not ideal for people who work Saturdays and not free in the evenings.

GoogleCustomer service from Christine was ridiculously bad. Second bad experience from Bairstow Eve's, would not recommend. She did not treat me like a customer, and then hangs the phone up on me. Why? Because I ran late for a viewing, even though I called them 45 mins prior to let them know I'd be running late. Not only did they leave without waiting, she was rude over the phone about it!

GoogleExtremely good customer service from the Collier Row staff. Emma, Sharon and Wesley were very helpful and constantly keeping us up to date with our home purchase. Within the estate agents was our Countrywide Broker Richard who was also just as helpful and informative. Overall the team made a stressful and long process a lot easier to manage. GoogleCannot rate Wesley and the team in the Collier Row branch highly enough. We had a very troublesome move due to factors outside of our and the teams control. They continued push the other parties very regularly and provided constant updates and advice throughout the process. I was very impressed with their knowledge, dedication and professionalism. I was offered help and support from start to finish on a daily basis.
