All members of the team have been so welcome and friendly that we are have kept returning for their service. We have dealt with Sam Brooks for all of our properties and we have been more than happy to have that continuity and having built a good rapport with Sam. Jack has been amazing with assisting with mortgage queries and answering texts, emails and calls in a timely manner. Good bunch of guys work here, easy going and work at your best interest. I’ve had dealings with Mo and Sam. Can’t fault their expertise. My downfall is that they’re hard to get on the phone when needed but do always call back. Pushed me into using their in house broker Jack. Instantly Reachable at first, called regularly to update us with the market changes. After making the initial payments he she came a hooding, he was unreachable. The survey was slow Different paperwork needed each week Didn’t really get updated as one would expect Always either sick or on leave It took 5 months for a purchase from start to finish. This was the slowest process I’ve ever experienced. From my experience In the past things took just over 2 months. None the less. Worst of all The vendor pulled out of the sale from frustration even though everything was in house with bairstow eves, I did not feel their support. £5,000 out of pocket and they re-advertised the property again whilst my mortgage application was still with their broker. Finally after a few weeks later Sam Brooks turned the sale around back in my favour and the sale went ahead. So thanks to Sam I’ve decided to score the team 4.
