I’ve had the pleasure of using Wesley and his team not once but twice now in a short space of time in relation to the purchase and sale of two properties. Both experiences have been flawless but in particular the most recent sale in which I enlisted Wesley’s help. I had originally gone with another local agent but unfortunately we ended up losing our buyers several months into the process. As soon as I had spoken to Wesley, he arranged for his team to come round the next day, with immediate viewings which resulted in several offers of which we completed on our chosen one in a very short space of time, meaning that we were still able to complete on our onwards property. This was a difficult review to write, as my experience is really conflicted. The positive: for the most part, the team were really helpful, and went beyond expectation to help with some of the administration required by me as a seller, so well done to them. The negative: the Bairstow Eves recommended conveyancing firm were near useless, and their incompetence has resulted in some real hardship for my family, which has cost £1000s to deal with. Finally: I was told very early on that we would be charged the lower sales fees rate… and when the final bill came along, we were charged the higher rate. Fantastic.

MOST EFFICIENT AND BEST SERVICE. I Cant talk for all of the branches however can highly vouch for the Collier Row branch. Wesley has created a truly exceptional team , each colleague taking pride in their role. I have been seeking a property for the last 4-5 months in Collier row, having dealt with a few agents in the area and what i can say is Wesley and the team are professional, dedicated, empathetic, transparent and punctual and Fair. Home buying is never easy, especially in this current climate and what makes it even awful is the experience. What should be the best moment in a persons life can be tarnished by the experience and relationship you have with an agent. I have had poor experience with a number of agents in the area which lead to me loosing hope and questioning the E2E sales journey for many. Despite the challenges Wesley and Sam were both consistent with their approach allowing me to have faith in the system which eventually landed me to sealing a deal. Regardless how busy they were, a call/email was never not answered or responded to (within a couple hours). They were clear , transparent and concise with communication similarly ensuring they were sharing enough but not to much protecting both parties. My previous home buying experience were good but never ones to stick. With no doubt, this will be one i will cherish as their service was second to none making me feel valued rather then just a sales target. The team may not realise but buying this property means more to me then just buying a house to live in. Customer service is the biggest differentiator to a consumer choosing who they choose , in this case it can be either buying a home or selling through an agent. What amazes me is , each and every colleague seems to live and breath the same, i met 3 individuals from this branch who provided the same level of service and in comparison to other agents, they did not at any moment come across as a sales person, did not try to put wool over the eye and SELL you a place. Some may say its a biased approach as having secured a property hence the review however rightmove will provide assurance as they hold majority properties in the area :) Thank you to the Wesley and the team at Collier Row and for sure our paths will cross in the future.
