We had an offer accepted. The purchasers transpired they were unable to proceed. Bairstows then found a replacement buyer within 2 weeks. This was a chain of 8. The reason for my 5 star rating and review, is driven because of the exceptional ongoing service offered by Wesley Brown. He was the only estate agent of the 8, that was the driving force behind this. There were a lot of highly strung vendors/purchasers in the chain, especially when things were not going very well, but Wes took a lot of heat and calmed a lot of nerves throughout the process. This was made all the more difficult with a lack of co-operation from the other agents.PositiveProfessionalism

We have recently sold our property via Bairstow Eve’s. Like most people we had a number of valuations and I can honestly say when Wesley came to visit we received a very open and honest view of what the house was worth and I really appreciate the open and transparent feedback. Throughout the process the team were always at hand to help and facilitate the sale even through the usual bumpy conveyance pieces. The team worked around our very challenging work commitments and were very efficient in sorting viewings, providing regular updates and advice during a number of offer stages that for different reasons didn’t work out, but very quickly the right buyer came by on one of the viewings. The value add Bairstow and Wesley and team provided were invaluable and I would recommend anyone should look at their services. Compared to some of the other estate agents, they didn’t price to low to get the quick sale, didn’t price to high to meet unrealistic customer expectations and we ended up with a great sale. We used the collier row branch between may 2019 to October 2019. We had Emma that took us under her wing as 1st time buyers, and we couldn't of asked for a better person. She was brilliant!! Emma took the time to meet us and listen to what we was looking for, and treated us with respect and not another number crunch unlike another estate agent which we wont name but begins with B!!! I recently purchased my first property through these guys. I rang up the day it came on the market and spoke with Christine. She took us for a viewing that day at a time that suited us and was brilliant from the off. Within 24 hours I had my offer accepted and the process began. The sellers solicitors left a lot to be desired however Christine kept me updated throughout and her friendly, calm and kind nature really helped me through the whole process although I probably took up a lot of her time! Wesley also got involved towards the end to get the solicitors moving and he was extremely helpful. Can’t fault the service and 100% recommend them. It’s refreshing to deal with nice, normal people!
