Started off fine, but then sort of went pear shaped. Got the job done in the end, but not without a few lies coming to light and "telling you what you want to hear" situations. Rarely pick up the phone, and always seem to close earlier than advertised opening times. Would we use again? Probably not.

We were very happy with the service provided by Wesley, Sharon and Emma at the Collier Row branch. They always kept us updated, returned our calls promptly and were always happy to help. Our buyers were not cooperative and unresponsive - we feel our sale/purchase would have most likely fallen through if it wasn’t for the team who constantly chased and tried to communicate with the buyers to ensure the process was completed.
