GoogleIf you want to sell your house then look no further than Kings! Thomas and the team were fantastic from the get go. I haven't sold a property for more than 15 years so needed my hand holding a through the process and Thomas was there for me every step of the way. I actually ended up finding my dream home through them too, I couldn't have wished for more from my estate agent!

Even though my house was in Stevenage and Kings are in Hatfield they still got me an offer of asking price following an open house event organised by Kerry. George dealt with the house sale and kept me updated every step of the way. Not only was my property advertised in the shop and locally but also on Rightmove getting great sale coverage. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWorst experience of our life for renting a property. Absolutely waste of our time and money. Waiting more than 2 weeks ( normally referenceing take 5 days max) for referencing and as keep us on hold and waste our time. At the end they rejected us for a silly reasons. Awful and unfriendly stuff. They never called us for update so we have to chace the matter all the time. The property is still on market after 5 months. They referenced few people at the same time nc take all their money. Not recommended at all.
Dear Raha, it is made clear when securing a lettings property of the criteria you needed to meet in order to pass. Unfortunately you failed on several areas and we can not in good conscience put a tenant that fails referencing into a property for our landlord.

GoogleGreat experience being student tenants with Kings. Any issues were dealt with promptly, even out of hours. A very good impression especially seeing as friends are having issues with other estate agents in Hatfield. Candice and Laura dealt with everything perfectly and it was a pleasure to have them! Googleits worst and horrible state agent i see in my life. not helpful not friendly they took our money for ref and never call for update. after 2 weeks they phoned us and said ref its reject for no reason . money as deposit no refunded to me and house i wanted to rent still available nearly 5 months witch its really strange . something defiantly wrong .....
