It was my first time renting a flat in the UK and from the very beginning, Ish and the entire team have been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Ish, in particular, has been a true professional, promptly addressing every query I had and ensuring that the process was smooth and stress-free. Their phone helpline proved to be a valuable resource, as the staff was consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I am now happily settled into my new flat in St Albans, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. GoogleI would so reccomend Kings, the staff are so friendly, helpful and most importantly respond streight away to any query. I firstly dealt with Katie in sales who was amazing and then with Ish who rented my property within 24 hours of it being on the market !!!!! The team are led by Tom King who is also so helpful. This company is first class with sales and after sales marketing and help with renting. I would totally recommend Kings, there staff are first class.

GoogleWe were recommended Kings Estate Agents by a friend of ours who also rents her house out through Kings with their full management service. Thomas came around a few months prior to us wanting to rent our property out to answer all of our questions as we were newbies to renting. Very informative, with no pressure, answered all of our questions. As soon as we were ready to rent out, the pictures were taken & the house was on the market. Once on the market, Ish took over from Thomas & within a week the house was rented at full rental price. Very efficient service from a family run business. Thank you very much :-)

GoogleKings Estate Agents (Tyron and Amand King) are awesome people. I have known them for nearly 13 years now, when I started renting a property from Tyron King. He was a very kind person, allowed me to stay in the apartment for a week more even after my contract expired. I bought a flat in Hatfield and later with Kings Estate Agents help (Thanks to Amanda and Laura) property was let and managed to very high standard. They pretty much arranged everything including refurbishing the property on my behalf when I switched from Pikes as I was completely not happy with the way Pikes managed the property for me. Then Tyron even advised me as when is the right time to sell the property, I went as per his advise and things worked out well for me. That is when I got introduced to George Embleton from Sales Team of Kings Estate Agents, right through out the sale including potential buyers visits etc., he was keeping me up to date with the proceedings and advised me to take a loss in the rent, as it will aid in quick sale, I took up his advise and within a month or so we had a prospective buyer. The sale is now almost over and I cannot thanks George enough as he not only helped me to find a proper solicitor for the sale, he guided me throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on the sale. He also kept the buyers informed, as my sale due to complications involved in the Management Team of the Flat (nothing to do with Kings) got delayed a little, but he kept both buyers and our hopes alive and we are now finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks George for all your great work and wish you much and more for the Christmas and Prosperous New Year. So the question is? Would I recommend Kings and George, absolutely anytime, they have a team of professionals, who really know what they are doing.

GoogleHugely recommend Kings Estate Agent and specifically Nathan, my partner and I were selling 2 properties at the time in different locations, the disconnect from my estate agents and Kings was phenomenal, they would ring my partner just to give updates, to check how things were going etc - real customer service instead of blood thirsty estate agents simply doing it for the money. They were quick in finding a buyer and working on behalf of my partner to do everything that was best for her. If you are considering using an estate agent in Hatfield it has to be Kings, don't even waste your time in reading the other reviews. Thanks again Nathan, Thomas and the rest of the team for your patience and professional approach to successfully selling my property (for 20 thousand more than expected may I add!!!)

GoogleRenting in a new area to us found a place with kings , Ish Mchemwa guided us through it all brilliantly . Documentation all done online . Quick and easy to follow process . Ish kept us updated all the way ,always pleased to help and not a question he could not answer . Moved in 2 weeks later and his support has continued even after the move . Great guy . GoogleWe dealt with Nathan Reddy. He is a smart enthusiastic Estate Agent, who valued my fathers property at up to £35k more than another local agent. Nathan fully justified his valuation, and suggested that what a realistic offer might be. The house was sold quite swiftly, and spot on the figure Nathan suggested. Not only was the sale swift, we were kept informed throughout the process, without the need to chase. I would highly recommend Kings to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Hatfield area.

GoogleWhen it was time to sell my home in Hatfield Kings were my first port of call as they were local and I had used them previously. I was so pleased that I decided to use them for the sale. Nathan was my first point of contact and arranged a visit to my property to discuss the process and their services. With so many options of who to sell your home through these days Kings really did prove the value of a face to face service with the added expertise of local knowledge. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale whether it was via an email or quick phone call. My house was sold literally within days so there can't be any question of Kings connections within the area. I would like to make particular note of the support both Nathan and Thomas provided throughout. Even when there was a issue or query which wasn't directly related to their involvement they made the time to talk it through with me and help in anyway they could. This support was invaluable in the stressful process of selling a house. I would recommend Kings to anyone who appreciates an estate agent that take a professional hands on approach to selling.
