GoogleI came to UK with my wife and we were looking for 2 bedroom house. We contacted Kristi Cartwright (from Manners and Harrison Estate Agents Hartlepool) and they helped us find a nice place. The team is so kind and professional. I wish i can leave more than 5 stars! When i am ready to buy a house, I will surely be working with them. They are simply the best at what they do!

GoogleI was a first time buyer and I initially only contacted Manners and Harrison for a viewing, however after a consolation I ended up booking an appointment with a mortgage adviser. I would absolutely recommend both this service and Manners and Harrison to anyone, the staff have been very helpful and Aimee was great! A*

Excellent customer service all the way through the buying process. We Always got prompt replies to queries and questions we had, from all of the office staff and agents. Very helpful with all aspects of my purchasing journey, which, as a first time buyer, this was invaluable for us.

Gave potential buyers the key to my property without going with them, went to my property to find a male who had let himself in, to have a look around!! Disgusting service if you are selling, be careful, do not leave your key with them, happened a few times as witnessed by my neighbour

GoogleHave ignored my emails and telephone calls for a month regarding Tenancy Deposit release. Both landlord & tenant in agreement who the deposit should be refunded to & both have communicated this with Manners&Harrison. Very poor service, TDS was brought in to stop landlords sitting on deposits, now the estage agent controls it at their leisure.
