Disgusting service. Renting our property fully managed. Mannors couldn’t care less that the family with 3 young kids plus a newborn are without heating for 5 working days now. Happy to renew the boiler waiting for a quote, only supplier on leave so zero response. Not acceptable in these temperatures. DO NOT USE this company. Chasing up on behalf of our poor tenants, absolute embarrassment. No temporary heating offered, nothing waiting since Monday with us constantly chasing. Applauding. Housing ombudsman and local MP will be informed. There are enough disgraceful issues with housing without Mannors adding to this!!!

Really appreciate these guys. If you are looking to buy, or sell these guys make sense, because they help people buy property which helps sellers sell! As an example of the service they give I bought a small house from them, but came to get in but problems. None of this was there fault or responsibility but they even contacted the seller to see if a restriction on the house, which was none. And they recommended me a locksmith they use and got their number. These guys have been genuine throughout my journey, Antonia really organised and did viewings altogether with local knowledge of the area, Peter has been straight talking and honest and will go out of his way to help and did great progressing a sale with my solicitors... which it turned out have been difficult and slow, but through persistence with the solicitors Peter helped my purchase complete faster. Definitely recommend.

I have recently just had my offer accepted on a house that I loved. The team were brilliant they ensured I was in the best position for if any other offers came in. I met with Aimee who worked quickly at getting my ID sorted, talked me through the process and gave me advice on mortgages. Following this Eleanor was my point of contact and she was amazing she was in regular contact with me and dealt with all my pestering phone calls, nothing was a problem for her. She was professional yet personal in how she interacted, she knew everything that was happening and ensured everything was done accurately. Cannot recommend the company enough and particularly Aimee and Eleanor who have taken care of me.

Would not recommend Manners & Harrison…

Would not recommend Manners & Harrison in Hartlepool, they were useless from start to finish. Showed people round who couldn’t afford it. When asked questions about the house when showing clients round, they had no clue about the house. They left the back door unlocked and the heating on in the back room, absolutely disgusting. The staff in the office are useless. Wasn’t informed on many occasions that they were showing people round. Don’t use!

Update: Review amended- in fairness to Manners and Harrison, our poor experience was primarily due to the duplicitous behaviour of the Vendors and not the fault of Manners and Harrison.

I can't thanks the team enough for helping me find the perfect little house for me to put my stamp on! The service was excellent, I never felt as if i was a bother to Antonia and the team, who were happy to help with any questions and go the extra mile to be the go between between the seller and myself. They directed me to the mortgage and local legal services which saved me lots of time and hassle and I can't praise Mike enough for his professional approach to the finance aspect and speedy response to emails. Excellent service!! Highly recommend. Our advisor Aimee was so friendly and helpful. The fact that she built up a rapport with us first meant a lot - another broker we talked to in the area just didn't have this skill! We had so many questions about the buying process (first time buyers), Aimee answered everything, nothing was too much trouble. Any queries we had along the way were replied to very quickly and it was reassuring to know that we could have guidance throughout the whole process if and when we needed it.
