GoogleI have used this company before but today I went to to there office to fill some forms in the staff were amazing taking to my son brought him water and a biscuit kristi took him to get some toys and went above and beyond would highly recommend

GoogleManners and Harrison have been fantastic all the way through mine and my partners venture of buying our first home! Brooke has been amazing, keeping us updated every step from the moment we put our offer in! She has helped our process move along quickly and chased up anything we have had a wait on 🙌🏼🎉 And not forgetting Emma W who has also been great and helped us with out mortgage, making sure to make clear to us anything we were unsure on (which is a lot as first time buyers!) He was only ever a message or a phone call away if we had any queries or issues, weekdays, weekends or evenings. He has accommodated to us so well! The Stockton team went above and beyond to negotiate the sale, they created lots of interest and were very professional. The Manager over saw the team through a tricky sale due to a buyer pulling out, they immediately found another buyer and negotiated a slightly higher offer that actually covered the increase in my legal fees. they kept me updated throughout, so much so I have engaged them again for another sale.

Brooke handled viewings and communication with the seller perfectly and Dan the mortgage adviser well he is just amazing . GoogleI have just sold my house with the help and support of these guys, who have been exceptional from start to finish. I am not an easy customer and yet they have been great at communicating and sealing the deal, with my best interest at hear. This runs from Kelly, who gave us a fair and positive valuation, and had customers waiting to purchase, to Lottie and Antonia, who progressed things, and especially Claire, who got us the price we really wanted, over the asking price. Nice people, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life, would use them again without hesitation. Lets not forget Emma W who sorted my mortgage for me too.
