Property was left in the hands of Brooke Gordon who in my opinion has done a fantastic job . Had an offer put forward which was under what I wanted . I consider myself very lucky to have worked with Danielle Dobson and Brooke Gordon on the sale of my house. They have been very easy to communicate with and have shown detailed knowledge of the area and best pricing strategies. That has led to a quick offer and we're swiftly moving to the actual sale thanks to their insights. They've also helped me troubleshoot some problems caused by me being out of the country while the sale is progressing. What a great team at this lovely Estate Agents. Claire, Josh and Daniele have been brilliant. As we were travelling a long way and had a short time in the area we needed viewings at quite short notice. Josh was great not only booking the viewings we requested but also checking and finding another property that fitted our requirements. All the properties were good but one stood out and its the one we are in the process of buying. The team have communicated clearly and quickly - we have felt really well supported. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Decided to sell my house via Manners and Harrison after a family member sold there house with them. They promptly sent a professional photographer to my house to take some photos. Photos were uploaded on the Wednesday and advert went live that day, Had a viewing Thursday and accepted an offer on the Friday. This especially was gratefully received when there were some extremely stressful points in the move, through no fault of Manners and Harrison. I had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Sophie, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring. She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond. Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area. All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. Unapologetically incompetent

I dealt with Nelson and Chantelle in the Hartlepool office and what can I say but how astounded I am by their unapologetic incompetence. My old landlord told them a month ago to give me my full bond back and considering there were no disputes this should have been a straightforward process, but no, I still don’t have it and they won’t answer the phone. I can only hope that other people avoid them like the plague so they don’t receive the same rude, lazy and ignorant treatment as me.
