Ben Ferguson was amazing throughout the mortgage process keeping me updated all the way. Providing me with all the information I needed and explaining everything to me. If I was unsure of anything he was very patient and nothing was a problem to him. Having decided to sell my house i tried several estate agents who all came and gave me a price and tried to sell me on their potential to market my house. Kelly from M&H was by far the best one, she was friendly and personable and really gave me confidence that M&H were the best place to come. I got the feeling that M&H would have that bit of extra bite to get something across the line. Once signed up i was assigned Brooke as my negotiator. Brooke was fantastic and answered all my queries and helped try and smooth the process for myself. I put my house on the market on a Thursday, by friday i had two viewings on my property and then an offer by Tuesday. Brooke calmly and professionally negotiated on my behalf getting me what i was aiming for on my property. overall a very painless experience and i would highly recommend should you need to sell your property. I am very impressed with their service. Initially I had hired a different agency to rent out my property. But didn’t hear back from them for 2 weeks. Then Nelson from Manners and Harrison called me and told me he can get the property on rent within 2-3 days. He’s assurance convinced me to give them my property for rent and within 2 days my property was rented out. The referencing and everything was done so smoothly by them. I am really really pleased with them. 100% would recommend them. Even my next property when I buy this year I will ensure I rent it out via them. Nelson is a top Lettings agent.

Manners and Harrison hartlepool have helped us secure our new let. As new renters through an estate agent we were unsure of the process but Kristi Cartwright from the lettings team explained everything perfectly! She has kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were told of extra products like tenants insurance, and these were offered but not pushed on us so we felt no pressure. A very good experience from start to finish, all the girls we dealt with along the way were great, but especially Kristi :) we are excited for moving day now!

I have a good experience with Manner and Harrison since we bought the house 7 years ago. We did the remortgage with our new broker, Dan Waddingham. His service is so considerate and he gave us so many help and good suggestions about our all questions. When we wonder if we wanted to change a new house or still continued to do remortgage, he gave us all details about what the difference between this two things.
