Hannah and the staff at the Marton location where absolutely brilliant! We had a nightmare with selling our house in where sales fell through at the last minute but the team here were great and got straight back on to helping us find new buyers. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to you all!

Luke was very knowledgeable pricing our property at the outset, and Laura was brilliant when it came to assisting with the viewing of the property we purchased. GoogleI had such a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Sophie, in particular, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring. She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond. Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area. All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides. I would highly recommend them and especially Sophie, to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

As a landlord just starting out it is always difficult, Andy, Lee and the team at the Stockton-on-Tees branch assisted me with all the processes and trade persons needed to get my first property over the line. Andy then gave me the heads up on a property that was priced well that was coming on the market in an area that was in demand for letting. I went forward to buy the property, completion was on Friday 13th March, we had viewings on Wednesday the 18th March. The team found a tenant on that day :) . the heat was then on to get the flat passed off for the safety checks and a handyman to prepare it for the tenant to proceed their tenancy from Thursday 26th March. A big thank you to you all.

GoogleWhat a great team at this lovely Estate Agents. Claire, Josh and Daniele have been brilliant. As we were travelling a long way and had a short time in the area we needed viewings at quite short notice. Josh was great not only booking the viewings we requested but also checking and finding another property that fitted our requirements. All the properties were good but one stood out and its the one we are in the process of buying. The team have communicated clearly and quickly - we have felt really well supported. They have been very easy to communicate with and have shown detailed knowledge of the area and best pricing strategies. That has led to a quick offer and we're swiftly moving to the actual sale thanks to their insights. They've also helped me troubleshoot some problems caused by me being out of the country while the sale is progressing. Property was left in the hands of Brooke Gordon who in my opinion has done a fantastic job . Had an offer put forward which was under what I wanted .
