GoogleVery POOR services I had just purchased a property with them self. I am based in london I have asked them to post the keys they willing to post normally but wouldn’t post recorded delivery. And Bruce I think her name was must have had bad morning and was really RUDE about it very disappointing services from themself…

GoogleAfter having terrible trouble with my partners property through Dowens who couldn’t even manage a call back I was so impressed with Manners and Harrison. The photos were a million times better, customer service was impeccable and they sold his house in 3 weeks!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, my father is also selling his house with them at the moment and he said they have been brilliant! 5 stars 🌟

They worked really hard to get everything in place so that when they sold my house everything was ready to go. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and determined to sell my house. I would highly recommend that you sell your house with them.

Worst estate agents I have rented a property from. Six months after my tennancy ended I am still awaiting my deposit. I have asked them on numeroius occasions to provide myself with TPS details to raise a case and they will not send them. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI had terrible experience in dealing with this agent while buying a property. Staff has little regard for customers, are rude and don’t listen. They had no negotiating skills and I almost lost the property . Sad state of affairs.

With the recent popularity of online estate agents I'd still recommend a traditional est agent like manners and Harrison . You can always speak to them on the phone and know who your dealing with . A service Worth paying for when selling your house.

GoogleEvery single time I have tried to arrange a flat viewing no one has turned up to meet me. I have sat around for an hour and a half in the past waiting for someone to turn up and this has been on more than one occasion. Absolutely ridiculous will be avoiding this company from now on.
