GoogleSteer well clear... Advertise properties as available for let, take holding deposits and complete the application despite being in knowledge that the landlord doesn't actually own the property! Surely that's not legal?

GoogleWasted our time showing us two properties when they knew we had cats and another branch then tells us they refuse to recommend renting to anyone with pets.

I bought a property through them. It was a struggle. The staff is rude and condescending. They don’t listen. Jumps to conclusion. Stressful to deal with. Sad state of affairs.

YellShop around for fees before you agree to these...
Would agree with a previous review, over promise, under deliver. Price to sell my property 1k more expensive than other high street agents. Feel totally let down. Luckily I got out before having to pay (cause they didn't sell my house).

GoogleVisited today and they were so very helpful and accommodating. Such a welcoming positive experience from the moment I'd walked in. Spent time with the mortgage advisor who again gave me time and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Thankyou all

Manners and Harrison do not do what they say, staff can't answer your questions. They tell you one thing and do another. I would not use them ever again if they were the last estate agents on the planet absolute rubbish.

GoogleBrilliant customer service highly recommend! Only agent in the town I could view with as I work till 5 and they are open till 6 which is a bonus! Were very helpful in finding me my perfect home.
