Regret to report that still no action regarding our flat roof that holds water.If a slight breeze blows the water comes down in torrents with no guttering to prevent it soaking you.Perhaps DWH should ask the architects who designed this to live in it first before the house is mass produced onto the housing market.

Poor follow up, I've moved in for a whole year and my curbside is yet to be done and they can't even find me a missing radiator cap. They do care about homeowners, up until you complete the first new homes survey.
