A first class service. Matt from the Sales Team, in particular, has been brilliant at keeping in touch and letting s know what was happening; always polite, very friendly & very efficient. Harry, Assistant Site Manager, has also been very good. The house is well designed, well built and finished to a very high standard, really pleased with it.

I recently placed a 1 star review on 4th July but I have to say that 8 weeks down the line, I am delighted that all efforts have been made to give us the house of our dreams. Paul Fraser, the senior site manager, came on site especially to resolve the issues and he has done a marvellous job for us. The house is looking lovely and we are very satisfied. Thank you

Lovely house

Lovely, spacious home...but, you should check all appliances before handing property to your customers. Also, Amtico floor should be deeply cleaned and polished to rid thick layers of dust that remains as a result of the building work. Unfortunately, only poor, domestic cleaning was carried out. Common DWH, you can do better than that! You are just teeny-tiny step to 5 stairs.

Super 5 star service from Claire in sales from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, her care and attention to looking after me was first class. Site team were always amazing, fantastic quality and service, jumping on any minor issues straight away. Whilst living on a building site it is always kept so clean and tidy. Overall a throughly flawless experience.

Very disappointed house owners

We were not allowed near the property until 2 weeks prior to moving in due to it being a working site!We live in a Cornell that has a flat roof at the end of the kitchen/diner. (Not the house that we thought we were going to buy , but a buyer in the chain dropped out and DWH would not wait for a new buyer to be found and sold ‘our’ house)The flat roof appears to be made of a rubber mould which holds the water, and if there is even a slight breeze there is a deluge of water which is enough to soak you when you step outside.DWH have now sent 5 people with spirit levels who all reported that the roof was not level.Finally a 6th person, who happened to be the director of the carpentry company who installed the wood work found, with his spirit level, that there was nothing wrong with the roof.As a gesture of goodwill DWH will not even install a gutter to the roof.No sink in the utility room “not within the spec of the house” - a utility/laundry room!!Would never buy a DWH again.

Why have extra charge

Agent and sales had promised our house decoration and electrical appliances will be same as showroom but finally we need to pay the extra. The carpet is need to upgrade as showroom & W.C. at the ground floor has half tiling, but now it only have 2 pieces tile before the basin's wall, we need to pay if same as showroom.
