Spencer James has looked after the flat since we bought it in 2001. They have been exceptional in managing the letting and have guided me through the process of ultimately selling. I would strongly recommend their services being helpful, honest and reliable.

GoogleA brilliant service from Andy, very friendly, always helpful, honest advice, found excellent tenants very quickly and took on all the hard work all for a very fair fee. I believe also provided the tenants with excellent service. An update March 22. I have now sold my flat through Spencer James and received an outstanding service from Tom Cann. As with the letting service, good honest advice, diligence and perseverance in a difficult market. As a property professional myself, I have no hesitation recommending.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe best agent I have met so far is Andreas Panteli. He helped us move in to a property at King George V, his dedication to his work was exceptional. When we moved in, our kid was barely 1 year old which Andy (as we use to call him) understood and made sure that move in was very smooth. Since we were new to that place, he also went to an extent of pulling out the area map and explaining us where we can find things. I rate him really high for his quality service and I feel lucky to have met him during my search for a new home. Thank you very much Andy!

GoogleIt’s a pleasure to use such a great team of people. Bought my first home in royal docks and did viewings with another agent in the day but Andy got talking to me outside concierge and got me to increase my budget to be able to buy a two bed instead of the one beds I was being shown by outlook Toby. Got married had two kids so needed a house with a garden and good schools so ended up buying in Cheshunt with some great recommendations from Andy. I then ask him to let my flat out which they did since 2017. Now I have decided to move abroad So got Andy to rent out the house in Cheshunt for me as well. Great company to work with and their prices for work are really reasonable. Amazing photos used to advertise properties, floor plans and good details.

GoogleJovanna and Andy are the best! We've rented for nearly a year now, the end of tenancy is coming up and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They were thorough and professional and great to work with. We were promptly notified about available apartments and informed as soon as a new one came on the market so we'd find our perfect fit. Also quick to help with any issues and give advice when unsure about anything.
