TrustpilotGreat experience, great service
It was great dealing with Andy and Jovana at Spencer James. I had a really unique set of requirements and I was finding it really difficult to find a short term let. However I was able to sort something out with Andy at Spencer James and it was plain sailing from there on

GoogleVery efficient and professional agency, especially Jovanna always there to help you out !! Considering my past agency, The best in London so far 👌 …

GoogleI strongly do not recommend doing any business with this agency, particularly with Andreas Pantelli. Probably the worse agent I have ever had a chance to speak with. Level hard of unprofessionalism. Tried to book a viewing for a property to rent, unfortunately, after two days of ignorance from him and pre-arrangements I never was able to actually finalize the viewing. He offered two different timings for a meeting to finally ignore me and not show the flat I was interested in. If that is how potential customers are welcomed within Spencer-James services I don't want to know how it could be to be a tenant under their service. Avoid, avoid. avoid.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have been using Spencer James for a couple years now and my experience with them has literally been 5 star. They are a superbly run property management and lettings agency. They always go seem above and beyond. Not only do they find you good tenants, they also ensure you are supported at all times with their exemplary property management service. Andy in particular is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSpencer James have been letting my flat in Spitalfields for some 20 years. They have always provided an excellent service finding good tenants and acting professionally at all times. Andy Pantelli has dealt with the most recent lets. If anything he has performed even better than his predecessors. He works hard to find the right tenants and fosters good relationships with them. I highly recommend the service he provides.

TrustpilotAt last…an honest and responsive estate agent
Spencer James came recommended to me by a colleague, who in turn had spent much time ‘interviewing’ local estate agents to find the one who gave the best customer service in the area. Spencer James came out on top by a long way.

GoogleVery bad experience renting with Andy from this agency, be careful ! they will return only a small amount from your deposit at the end of tenacy even if there is no reason. They will use your depozit to renovate the property and they will charge exaggerate amounts of money to the tenant ,Andy being the one to make sure that the landlord is gaining from this. You will receive only 30% from your deposit even if there are no damages to the property just a carpet to be cleaned and a few marks on the wall paint.

GoogleExceptional level of understanding our needs - Andy (the agent dealing our let) was super professional throughout the process. Very easy to contact and showed a great amount of care throughout - and continues to do so. All our demands have been met and dealt with in great timing and with quality which is hard to find. I’d say I’m very happy with the personalised service and ongoing support.
