GoogleRecently just moved out from one of the flats managed by SJR and it has been a pleasure. Everyone in the office was super helpful, especially Jo and Andy. They have made my move in and move out the smoothest it could be and so hassle free. So sad to have left having bought my own place now. Highly recommend!!

GoogleWorst estate agent from my experience. They provide poor services to the tenants. Very rarely fix anything in the flat. They provide poor quality check in report, so the landlord charge us for damages that previous tenants did. Some of the staff in the office very rude. Also the flats are very poor quality built. I don't know who was the developer, but they did terrible job. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. The windows not properly fitted, it's very cold there in the winter. Never rent with them any flat or house in E16 area.

GoogleFIRST RATE EXPERIENCE. This team is highly professional, intelligent and resourceful. They helped me beyond the call of duty in a distressingly complicated house sale involving a lengthy tenant eviction and a tricky buyer. Each step was approached sensitively, yet thoroughly and I would not hesitate to use them again. Particular mention to Thomas Cann who led the sale and who is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, in addition to being firm and decent in his handling of all parties concerned. The Spencer James team also handled the sale of my partner's flat which sold instantly and at asking price following perfectly positioned and beautifully photographed media listings. We cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI have been working with Spencer James for almost ten years, I can honestly say that they are the strongest agent in the area and I fully recommend them to anyone. They're professionalism and reliability is second to none, and they have always delivered and exceeded my expectations. I often don't have time to monitor my investment properties and I know I can always hand the responsibility over to Spencer James on management, rentals and sales. When purchasing properties they have delivered opportunities below market value, with regards to rentals they have always secured strong tenancies paying above market rates, and on management they simply take care of all responsibilities using their initiative to make sure everything runs like clockwork. It's incredible that this is all delivered for such competitive fees. What surprised me most is their ability to rent properties all over London. As they continued to exceed my expectations I started to give them properties out of their area, and they not only managed to let them on time but achieved better rents than competing agents in the local area. Andreas Panteli who has worked on both sales and lettings has particularly impressed me, and I recommend that all interested parties get in touch with him. He's someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty, in turn making the whole process run like clockwork. He'll often go out of his way, even when out of hours to see that his clients needs and expectations are met and delivered to the highest standards. I now just use Spencer James for all my property matters, as I can rest assured that everything will be taken care of to the highest standards, allowing me to devote my time and efforts to other areas of my life. GoogleI suggest to avoid working with this agency particularly with Andreas Pantelli..awful person,very unpleasant to talk to, gives zero compashion or any understanding of developed situations, also excersises extremely poor work ethics and very unprofessional, has got exegareted perception of little things. Did not get a penny back from deposit paid, if ever something would break in house all the cheapest stuff fitted that would soon malfunction very disappointed....

GoogleI cannot say enough good things about Andy and the Spencer James team (mainly Andy). He is the full time manager of my property. My house was on the market for the right price for 2 weeks before being snapped up. Rent comes in promply- if there are issues with the flat Andy know people to get the job done urgently and reasonably priced. I am so so happy with the service he provides.

GoogleThe staff are friendly and helpful; And anything that needs attention is usually dealt with on the same day or the next working day. I had one incident with them not knowing a situation well enough, which led to me being put under pressure to find something, but they immediately rectified the error and I am now in a flat managed by them. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for properties nearby.

Dear Ra Sha, Thank you for your review. I spoke to Andy to discuss the points you have raised and he informed me he did apologise to you for being late having been held up by traffic en route to the appointment. He explained that it would normally take 10 minutes to get to the property from our office, however, due to adverse weather conditions there was heavy traffic which delayed him. Andy had every intention of renting the property to you and even negotiated the deal on his day off. He advised you as to the next steps having agreed the rent and move-in date. However you then informed him that your sister wanted to view the property and that you would confirm a time. Andy requested documentation and information regarding on the proposed occupiers but didn’t hear anything further. He didn’t chase you for these as he assumed you had found another property.
