PK Properties having been established since 1990, are one of Harrow’s longest serving Estate agents. In 1990, PK Properties opened the doors of their Estate Agency in Rayners Lane specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Property Consultancy, creating a company that prides itself on its personable approach, local knowledge & expertise. From the very beginning, our commitment to go that extra mile for all clients and customers has enabled us to maintain our presence in what is a highly competitive industry. Along the journey we have forged long term customer relationships and have consistently grown to provide a better quality service, whilst maintaining that flexibility that a focused, owner-managed, independent company can offer. With many of the team having spent their lifetimes in the area and many years in the field, local knowledge and reputation goes a long way to establishing our expertise. At PK Properties our greatest strength is our rapport with landlords, buyers and sellers who start off as clients and frequently become friends. In addition to our expertise in the local marketplace, we also sell and manage a variety of property portfolios towards the Central London region as well the surrounding areas of North & North West London. For more information on our services, advice on general property matters and property investment or to request a valuation of your property, please feel free to contact us.

Very responsive, always manage to go out of their way to find a solution for any issues that arise with the property or our tenancy, and generally give me peace of mind to rent from a property that they manage. GoogleI wish there was law to prosecute corrupt companies like this. They are nothing but a money grabbing thieves who want you to pay Admin Fee for simply doing their normal day to day work. Owner of this company owns properties and runs an estate agency to make sure he makes money by charging admin fee through the agency from doing a job a landlord should be doing anyway. Does anybody know legal way to fight against this???
Hi Nish, We are sorry you feel this way, but may I remind you that as per many leases as well as common practice, admin fees are charged for various procedures that the freeholder has to undertake in fulfilling their duties, and I can confirm the admin fees charged in your case were well within reason and a lot lower than many other freeholders would charge. If you still have further concerns please contact us to discuss further. Many thanks, PK Properties
