A good and honest letting agent

It was the first time using an independent Estate Agent, but after my bad experience with one of the big players I was happy to give it a go. I was not disappointed - They have carried out strong reference checks on tenants and we've never had any issues - Neither of my properties has had any blank periods so far - PK properties always transfer me the rent the same day every month - The invoices are very clear and no strange costs!! - something i unfortunately experienced with another agent :( - There was an emergency leak from a water tank and their engineers were on hand to resolve it straight away - They return my calls on the same day Not had a bad thing to say so far...long may it continue! Great customer service from PK Properties

I have a property in Hatch End and have solely used PK Properties to let out the flat for the last nine years. The reason is because they have always done thorough reference checks and provided me with very good tenants that have looked after the property and paid their rent on time. The staff there are friendly, reliable and will do their best to look after the interests of both landlords and tenants which leads to a good relationship between all parties.

Brilliant local agent!

I used PK Properties for the first time this year and am very happy with their service. I will definitely be going back. They are friendly and professional; know the local market really well and are great at marketing the property and helped find me a good tenant. Also very good at helping with the whole process - I needed a cleaner and remover and they helped me find both. I highly recommend PK - am sure you won't be disappointed!

The "we manage your property like it's our property" guys (and they do!)

I needed a lettings management team to assist me in managing my late parent's property early this year. On their initial visit the lettings director provided me with lots of information about the lettings process and the changes they would recommend I would need to make to the property to suit my target type of tenants (working class families/couples) and my rental income expectations. During the tenancy search, they provided me with updates every few days on the number of viewings, the offers made and after vetting all prospects, they put forward the sets of tenants who they knew were of the calibre I was happy to choose let to: I was able to, without prejudice, make my final decision. The lettings team have been excellent in liaising between myself and the tenants. Their network of reliable and affordable service contractors have helped me maintain the property cost effectively at its refurbished standard during the tenancy, These guys really have given me a great peace of mind, and I have always welcomed their recommendations and suggestions.with any reported situations that have arisen.

Letting service

I have used PK Properties' letting service for several years and have found them to be highly professional, pro-active, thorough, friendly and practical. Given the implementation of new government guidelines on vetting the immigration status of all tenants, it is important to have an agent who can carry out thorough checks of any prospective tenant. PK provide a thorough vetting service and you can be confident that any prospective tenant will have been properly authenticated. I would highly recommend this agent.

Fantastic independent agents

I have utilised PK Properties for 7 months now and have found them to be a highly effective letting/management agent. They have taken all the stress out of this procedure and the fees have been very competive.
