PK Properties having been established since 1990, are one of Harrow’s longest serving Estate agents. In 1990, PK Properties opened the doors of their Estate Agency in Rayners Lane specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Property Consultancy, creating a company that prides itself on its personable approach, local knowledge & expertise. From the very beginning, our commitment to go that extra mile for all clients and customers has enabled us to maintain our presence in what is a highly competitive industry. Along the journey we have forged long term customer relationships and have consistently grown to provide a better quality service, whilst maintaining that flexibility that a focused, owner-managed, independent company can offer. With many of the team having spent their lifetimes in the area and many years in the field, local knowledge and reputation goes a long way to establishing our expertise. At PK Properties our greatest strength is our rapport with landlords, buyers and sellers who start off as clients and frequently become friends. In addition to our expertise in the local marketplace, we also sell and manage a variety of property portfolios towards the Central London region as well the surrounding areas of North & North West London. For more information on our services, advice on general property matters and property investment or to request a valuation of your property, please feel free to contact us.

GooglePK Properties have been managing our rented property for the past 3 years. The staff have been great since start, mentioning Sachin, Jay, Dhara from Rayners Lane office. Their professionalism was highlighted recently when we decided to move homes and have been victims of a rogue agency (Baker Pearce/Alexander & Co, office in Rayners Lane) who was managing the property we were supposed to move in. We had come to the point where we didn't know what to do: leave the lovely home we stayed for 3 years and move into a house which was way below the decent standards for a family with a child, all being highly covered up until the day we picked up the keys. That's when I contacted PK Properties and their assistance came along by offering another 1 year contract, which we highly appreciated, despite being robbed of a month rent by Alexander&Co for a property we never moved into. I will honestly reccomend PK Properties for the way all situations are dealt with, for the professionalism and prompt service, for prioritizing clients' needs. Guys, you have been great to us, so a big thank you for all your assistance over the years! Later Edit Feb 2021: I still think very highly of you, PK team! 🙌🏻

GoogleThe experience of moving into a new home, wasn’t so easy for me. I had troubles in renting a property because of my employment status and very strict requirements when it comes about refferencing, but Jay B from PK Properties managed to solve the situation in an easy and comfortable way. I’ve been stressing a lot the whole process but he turned me into being calm everytime we had a conversation. Everything went exactly how he said and I am very glad to live in the home I was looking for.
