In my experience PK Properties has been consistently reliable for more than a decade now. We tried their services in 2013 when we were desparate to find a studio flat in North-West London and we've been very satisfied ever since. Mid-town London has been rapidly gentrifying and PK Properties provide exceptional customer service on a highly competitive market. Throughout all that time our go-to person has been Jay Bhudia - a highly professional and helpful manager.

PK properties has been very professional and supportive to us. This was our first rental experience in the UK and though we were unlucky with the landlord and had few harassment issues, thankfully Jay Bhudia came to our rescue and has been always impartial, supportive and guided us in the right path. Jay is a very responsive and friendly person. He knows how to maintain a relationship by helping out throughout.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

P K Properties are professional letting agents who have managed our property for several years. Jay has been our primary contact who has screened and found tenants, and managed the letting, from maintenance issues through to renewals and re-letting. He maintains good relationships with both his landlord and tenants to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly. I have complete confidence in Jay and would recommend P K Properties and Jay to any landlord looking for a professional lettings agent.

I was recently in a situation where I couldn’t access my flat Mr. Jay Bhudia did everything in his power to make me regain access. They truly value the tenant’s time and money. Mr. Jay has always provided exceptional service on behalf of Pk Properties. And it’s because of him that I truly recommend PK Properties.

Highly recommended letting agency. I am very happy with the excellent services provided by P K Properties, specially Jay who is well experienced professional in the letting business for over 20 years. Jay is well aware of the rules and regulations of the letting industry and he keeps up to date with the changes. Jay provides excellent service and he is wonderful person to deal with for letting (as a landlord or tenant) and buying/selling as well.

It was a pleasent experience working with PK Propteries - they have been very professional, transparent and easy to work with. A special mention goes to Jay (Head of lettings) - a well connected, approachable and a friendly person to work. Jay was personally involved guiding me through the whole process, he goes above and beyond his domain to help complete the task. Jay Bhudia is an asset to PK properties. We were looking for a property to rent during the terrible times of covid while in isolation and Jay was extremely helpful during this phase. He helped us in online viewing of the property and showed every detail of the property. from signing the contract to receiving the keys and the exit from the property has been a smooth process. The owner of the property is a very kind and gentle man. I wish all the best to Jay and his team of PK properties.

Rented a property through PK properties and the experience has been wonderful. Jay Bhudia was my agent and he was extremely helpful and transparent about the property. We were in search of a property urgently and were ready to move in just with an online viewing. But Jay insisted on viewing the property as he was very clear about the the fact that property may look different in reality. But with my time constraints I insisted on a video tour alone and Jay showed us every detail of the property, the good and the bad. I was thoroughly satisfied and the property turned out to be the same without any hidden issues. I and my family were extremely satisfied. Also the move out was smooth and well coordinated. He was always available to clear any queries. Will definitely recommend.

We were looking for rental property for over a month and failed every time we liked something due to more complex circumstances. Jay of PK Properties is most understanding and helpful and made it happen paying attention to every step of the process starting with the thorough legal paperwork, making sure the property is professionally cleaned and has all safety certificates. I would recommend Jay of PK properties to any landlord or tenant and I am sure sellers or buyers would also benefit from the highest standard of service based on our experience.
