PK Properties Harrow reviews

We finally found what we were looking for, the house of our dreams, I called all the agencies in the region and requested offers for two-room apartments, but none of the agencies offered me what I was looking for, until I found the PK agency Properties, namely the agent Jay, the most responsive and friendly agent helped us to rent an apartment in South Harrow at the most attractive price, he listened to our complaints and in one day the first meeting with the house and the owner was organized, although we don't really speak English, we were helped and supported by him until the signing of the contract. All our questions were answered very quickly. I highly recommend the PK Properties Agency and, of course, Jay, both for tenants and for landlords.

PK Properties have been managing our rented property for the past 3 years. The staff have been great since start, mentioning Sachin, Jay, Dhara from Rayners Lane office. Their professionalism was highlighted recently when we decided to move homes and have been victims of a rogue agency (Baker Pearce/Alexander & Co, office in Rayners Lane) who was managing the property we were supposed to move in. We had come to the point when we didn't know what to do: had to leave the lovely home we stayed for 3 years and move into a house which was under the decent standards for a family with a child, all being highly covered up until the day we picked up the keys. That's when I contacted PK Properties and their assistance came along by offering another 1 year contract, which we highly appreciated, despite being robbed of a month rent by Alexander&Co for a property we never moved into. I will honestly reccomend PK Properties for the way all situations are dealt with, for the professionalism and prompt service, for prioritizing clients' needs. Guys, you have been great to us, so a big thank you for all your assistance over the years!

It was the first time using an independent Estate Agent, but after my bad experience with one of the big players I was happy to give it a go. I was not disappointed - They have carried out strong reference checks on tenants and we've never had any issues - Neither of my properties has had any blank periods so far - PK properties always transfer me the rent the same day every month - The invoices are very clear and no strange costs!! - something i unfortunately experienced with another agent :( - There was an emergency leak from a water tank and their engineers were on hand to resolve it straight away - They return my calls on the same day Not had a bad thing to say so far...long may it continue! PK Properties are one of the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. Very responsive, always manage to go out of their way to find a solution for any issues that arise with the property or our tenancy, and generally give me peace of mind to rent from a property that they manage. Sachin has been our point of contact and has been nothing but helpful over the last few years!
