About PK Properties Harrow
PK Properties having been established since 1990, are one of Harrow’s longest serving Estate agents. In 1990, PK Properties opened the doors of their Estate Agency in Rayners Lane specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Property Consultancy, creating a company that prides itself on its personable approach, local knowledge & expertise. From the very beginning, our commitment to go that extra mile for all clients and customers has enabled us to maintain our presence in what is a highly competitive industry. Along the journey we have forged long term customer relationships and have consistently grown to provide a better quality service, whilst maintaining that flexibility that a focused, owner-managed, independent company can offer. With many of the team having spent their lifetimes in the area and many years in the field, local knowledge and reputation goes a long way to establishing our expertise. At PK Properties our greatest strength is our rapport with landlords, buyers and sellers who start off as clients and frequently become friends. In addition to our expertise in the local marketplace, we also sell and manage a variety of property portfolios towards the Central London region as well the surrounding areas of North & North West London. For more information on our services, advice on general property matters and property investment or to request a valuation of your property, please feel free to contact us.

GoogleTREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS, NOT EVEN ONE STAR- I Enquired about a property. The gentleman did not even answer the phone with who they were, quite Hilarious, leaving me to ask. Any questions I asked where rubbished as if I should've known. I hope they are good at their job, but first impressions are shocking.

Hi Jordan, Sorry to hear about your experience, I will speak to the office regarding this. We have a strong track record of professionalism and responsiveness so I am not sure whom you spoke with, but at times when we are busy and our staff are all in appointments, the relevant department may not be able to immediately come to the phone, in which case we usually leave a message for the approproate member of staff to contact you with the required information as soon as possible.

GoogleI had a positive experience with PK Properties. They worked hard to find ideal tenants that matched my requirements . It was nice to deal with all the members of the team. They listened to my needs as a Landlord and gave helpful advice, such as in preparing the legal documentation for the Letting. PK Properties came highly recommended by a friend, who has used them for years, and I can see why, as they didn’t disappoint!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
