PK Properties having been established since 1990, are one of Harrow’s longest serving Estate agents. In 1990, PK Properties opened the doors of their Estate Agency in Rayners Lane specialising in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Property Consultancy, creating a company that prides itself on its personable approach, local knowledge & expertise. From the very beginning, our commitment to go that extra mile for all clients and customers has enabled us to maintain our presence in what is a highly competitive industry. Along the journey we have forged long term customer relationships and have consistently grown to provide a better quality service, whilst maintaining that flexibility that a focused, owner-managed, independent company can offer. With many of the team having spent their lifetimes in the area and many years in the field, local knowledge and reputation goes a long way to establishing our expertise. At PK Properties our greatest strength is our rapport with landlords, buyers and sellers who start off as clients and frequently become friends. In addition to our expertise in the local marketplace, we also sell and manage a variety of property portfolios towards the Central London region as well the surrounding areas of North & North West London. For more information on our services, advice on general property matters and property investment or to request a valuation of your property, please feel free to contact us.

GoogleI have used PK Properties' letting service for several years and have found them to be highly professional, pro-active, thorough, friendly and practical. Given the implementation of new government guidelines on vetting the immigration status of all tenants, it is important to have an agent who can carry out thorough checks of any prospective tenant. PK provide a thorough vetting service and you can be confident that any prospective tenant will have been properly authenticated. I would highly recommend this agent.

These guys really have given me a great peace of mind, and I have always welcomed their recommendations and suggestions.with any reported situations that have arisen.

We are vey happy with the service PK properties have provided us so far. We live abroad and as such were looking for a company that would give us peace of mind, and take responsibility of managing our property for us. PK Properties was recommended to us by a friend, who also uses their services. To date they have provided us an excellent service in finding tenants, as well has managing the property for us. I would highly recommend PK Properties.

GoogleI happened to take the letting services of PK Properties at Rayners Lanes area. I should say among the agencies I interacted, they were THE 'No nonsense' people who are completely professional, responsive and responsible. To be very specific, they let you take the decision, and wont push you by creating false demands for the property. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for a professional letting services.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

View AgentsGreat customer service from PK Properties
I have a property in Hatch End and have solely used PK Properties to let out the flat for the last nine years. The reason is because they have always done thorough reference checks and provided me with very good tenants that have looked after the property and paid their rent on time. The staff there are friendly, reliable and will do their best to look after the interests of both landlords and tenants which leads to a good relationship between all parties.

View AgentsBrilliant local agent!
I used PK Properties for the first time this year and am very happy with their service. I will definitely be going back. They are friendly and professional; know the local market really well and are great at marketing the property and helped find me a good tenant. Also very good at helping with the whole process - I needed a cleaner and remover and they helped me find both. I highly recommend PK - am sure you won't be disappointed!

View AgentsThe "we manage your property like it's our property" guys (and they do!)
I needed a lettings management team to assist me in managing my late parent's property early this year. On their initial visit the lettings director provided me with lots of information about the lettings process and the changes they would recommend I would need to make to the property to suit my target type of tenants (working class families/couples) and my rental income expectations. During the tenancy search, they provided me with updates every few days on the number of viewings, the offers made and after vetting all prospects, they put forward the sets of tenants who they knew were of the calibre I was happy to choose let to: I was able to, without prejudice, make my final decision. The lettings team have been excellent in liaising between myself and the tenants. Their network of reliable and affordable service contractors have helped me maintain the property cost effectively at its refurbished standard during the tenancy, These guys really have given me a great peace of mind, and I have always welcomed their recommendations and suggestions.with any reported situations that have arisen.

GooglePossibly the worst letting agent in the world. Unable to form proper sentences, use grammar correctly or even understand the english language. Consistently failed to meet expectations or even meet the basic requirements of what I understood a letting agent to be able to do. Reneges on agreements made, ignores requests and generally was an utter failure when it came to doing anything of value apart from when it came to charging us money. Cavet Emptor.
