GoogleI rarely leave reviews. In this case I really have to. Dilpesh and Giorgiana at the Harrow office have gone far beyond my expectations. From identifying the type of property I was looking for to the last steps of the sales process, they have been just perfect. These sorts of transactions are never easy and their guidance and patience have been key to make the deal happen. Well done and thank you!

Googlewe dealt with Foxtons Harrow and they were outstanding, especially Andra, she communicated really well, though we had many questions and required to visit the property in more than one occasion before we make our bid, Andra was very understanding and accompanied us on each occasion, she attended to all our queries swiftly and we are glad to have dealt with her and her Harrow branch of Foxtons. GoogleFoxtons were great right from the off. No delays, responsive, clear with their communications. Riean was especially helpful, going above and beyond for us whenever we had queries. He pushed our property management company and the buyer's solicitors for responses when timing was tight and understood our need to get things over the line ASAP

GoogleAnna and Amina are very polite and they know how to get costumers in and help out with the costumer service experience nothing to complain about that. But if you need anything after you pay and get the keys nothing is done. We requested that existing beds and mattresses be removed and they are on the drive 2 months has passed and the agency and the Landlord ignore our request to collect it, it's embarrassing we asked them almost every other day for nearly 2 months. When we don't get ignored is we will get back to you. I am very disappointed as they seemed very nice with the paperwork process.

My husband and I were impressed with the properties shown, quality of finish and most of all, Lisa's excellent communication throughout the process. GoogleViewings for 3 different flats that have been booked days in advance were cancelled with just 3 hours notice. All sellers had "personal reasons" for not being at home and apparently they only informed the agent 3 hours before, exactly at the same time. This agency is either extremely unlucky or not very professional.

GoogleI was very impressed with the service provided by Shaun Bailey, Operations Director at Foxtons in Harrow. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the local property market gave me great confidence, having had a previous negative experience of another agent. He was attentive throughout the sale process, answering any questions or issues I had promptly and the online portal made it easier to track viewings and updates on my property. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shaun and Nikita Khatri who assisted with the sale of my property and was extremely professional throughout. I would absolutely use Foxtons again.

GoogleAnna act fast to find us property which it was remarkable, but unfortunately it wasn't as promised. Flat promised would be like new and deep cleaned. On the day that we received the property it was pretty much the opposite of what was told when we sign and paid like 1month before entering the flat. Please PM me for pictures of what: like brand new and deep clean was it. Apparently the landlord didn't know all the conversations that we had with the agency and heard stuff for very first time after we receive the keys of the flat. Likely he was helpful and agreed to do them afterwards.

GoogleWe were looking for a property to let, that’s when we contacted Foxtons. Foxtons have amazing office and they treated us so well. Anna Sobieraj has handled our case and dedicatedly she showed us many properties and explained all our questions. We have moved from Indian, thus we had a lot of ask. We worked on looking for properties for about 2 different days unless we are sure which is best to our requirements. We had great experience with Foxtons. Thank you and keep the sprite high as is.
