These estate agents have been nothing but helpful!. You are able to develop close relationships with the agents here who will know the right sort of properties which will match your criteria. My main contact at Foxtons Harrow was Andra Ciucas. She showed me properties that were just recently put on the market to beat the mad rush of potential buyers that would inevitably occur once the property is published online. She also had very good knowledge of the property market especially in light of the new tax legislation that is due to commence in April.

This is to express my thanks to Sara Alaf who has been very helpful in my search for a house. She is extremely professional and has come up with some good properties for me to view. She always calls me first even before a suitable property is listed on the website and follows through right till the end. I find her polite and understanding of my requirements. Our experience with Foxtons was Good but I think any Estate Agent would be bad,good or very good, with the kind of people they hire. Hence, because of their agent Amina Patel, our experience turned from good to very good. At the first place itself she understood what we were exactly looking for, she was very very patient, cooperative, helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. With her help we were able to choose the right property on the first day itself and didn't have to hunt around and waste our time and effort. Thank you Amina for all your help everytime.

I have dealt with Foxtons on numerous occasions over the last year, in particular Hex He. Her customer service is second to none, always working hard to achieve the best outcome for her client. She is conscious of the stress involved in the sale/purchase of a home and does her utmost to ensure that this is alleviated. She is very knowledgeable about each aspect of the sale and purchase process and is able to provide detailed advice. As a developer, I have worked with many estate agents throughout the years. The service provided by Hex and the team around her in Foxtons is heads and shoulders above the rest. I look forward to working with them in the future.

We bought and sold with Foxtons, Harrow and dealt primarily with Hexin He who was always informative and polite. When our buyer fell through, they were able to find a new buyer within one week. This is the worst experience I have ever had in years of renting. The property we rent is not cleaned at the time of viewing, we only agree with the offer under the condition that it will be cleaned before our start date. After they have us signed the contract and transferred the money, they simply just ignore us. First Agent Anna Sobieraj said the property will be cleaned 2 days before we moved in, then on an afternoon before our moving date, Amina Patel who said she is Anna's manager told us that no cleaning happened before the 4th day. Despite several emails and follow-ups, they still don't answer and prefer to call so not to leave any traces. They rescheduled the "professional cleaning" 3 times without notifying us, only until we didn't see anyone comes and contacted them. After their "professional cleaning", not much changed, all the dust stayed all the oil in the kitchen or window, the fridge was not defrosted and the cabinets looked gross. They don't respect the deadline that was stated in the offer and do not do their job properly. The property also has multiple problems with hot water and lightning, but they refused to send someone to check and just let us figure it out.

Absolutely awful customer sevice. They only care about you until you sign the agreement, from that point on good luck getting any support/help. I tried asking Foxtons for my landlord's contact details and my phone calls, texts and emails were all ignored for about a week. After we received the keys to the apartment, no one from Foxtons came to show us around the flat/building so it was like a Dora the explorer situation where you are trying to find out how different things work in the flat (previous letting agencies were able to show us around the properties following the handover). Some items of furniture were missing even though it was part of the agreement. When I reached out to Foxtons about this issue they simply ignored my email for 8 days, and only responded once I sent a follow-up email. As a result, they tried to call me once (it looks like they mainly want to talk on the phone in order to avoid leaving any kind of paper trail) and they didn't respond to my last email that I sent almost a month ago. So if you are looking for an agency that doesn't care about you one you sign the papers then you have found the right one.

I got an apartment in harrow through Foxtons. My rent deposit was unfairly deducted. They promise to return Half of my last month rental as I vacated the property early on their request but nothing was paid back to me. You have to call and send multiple email and they conveniently ignore it. I was not in the apartment for six months due to COVID-19 lockdown but no relief was given to me. Very disappointed the way I was dealt with.
