Foxtons did a great job in the sale of my property - we had multiple viewing lined up quickly, salespeople who were invested in getting the best deal for us and overall a very experienced and informative team. Their charge was more than other agents, but definitely worth the price - they got us more than we would have done with another agent with the help of their broad network and were always at hand to answer calls and queries efficiently. Special mention to Garn for being there the entire process - always at hand to help deal with queries and try to speed up the process, we very much appreciated his committed and friendly attitude. Additionally Shaun, who used his years of experience in the industry to get the deal finalised efficiently between us and the buyers, he was very professional and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Having no experience of selling a property, Foxtons Harrow has made the whole process interesting - even enjoyable - and ultimately profitable. From my first meeting with Shaun Bailey (Sales Manager), the difference in approach and attitude compared with two other lacklustre agents was like night and day. I had two valuations from Brian Cox and Rawlinson Gold who were negative about the current challenging market and valued my beautiful home at between £50k - £75k less than Foxtons. Shaun was able to demonstrate sales at that level and suggested a marketing strategy not solely focused on local buyers. Shaun is ably supported by a dynamic, pro-active and talented team of negotiators, including two Mandarin speakers which proved hugely helpful in negotiations, and a fantastic photographer. In particular, Andra Ciucas was raring to go after she first viewed my flat and was responsible for organising most of the viewings and buyer liaison; she was positive, professional and kept in regular contact. Viewings started almost immediately after instruction with 25 in total over 5 weeks. Due to the traction and high interest - and a feature by Zoopla - I received 4 offers and accepted very near the asking price. Throughout this period, the My Foxtons portal allowed me to feel in control but I also received regular update calls from the team and never had to chase. Undoubtedly the fees are high, at 3%, but the team really earned that, and it was worth it given the final price achieved. I could not have asked for more from an estate agent and wholly recommend Foxtons Harrow.

I was indeed very fortunate to come across Anna at Foxton she was very helpful right from the beginning. When I went for a viewing she focused on my needs and criteria to rent a place rather then just complete registration formalities like other agencies. I was in urgent need of a place and she zeroed on 5 places just on my requirements goes to show the effort that she puts to ensure her customers time and needs are met. During the visit to each property she took the time to explain the surrounding proximity of school ,transport and supermarkets nearby Was really impressed by her services. I recently worked with Lisa to search for mine and my boyfriends first property. Out of all the estate agents I have worked with Lisa was by far the best, taking into account all of the feedback I gave after each viewing in order to find me more suitable properties to view. We have now had an offer accepted on something we didn’t know was possible and are very excited to move in! From first viewing on the 19th of Jan to exchange on the 1st of March - the speed, efficiency, knowledge, co-ordination and overall great relationship building with me and the Seller, Shaun and specially Andra really proved to be phenomenal at every step. As a first time buyer in the UK, I had questions on the basics to complex of the entire process. Andra and her recommended team of professionals were truly awesome. We received an absolutely excellent service from Foxtons in Harrow. From the initial meeting, Shaun (Operations Director) was extremely professional and impressed myself and my husband immediately with his realistic valuation of our property (unlike other agents who were telling us what we wanted to hear). We had been particularly nervous as the flat had been on the market for a long time with other agents, and we’d basically gotten nowhere. He was always on hand to answer our queries (of which there were many!!!!!) and extremely quickly. He also provided sound advice on adjusting the asking price of our flat and within days of taking his advice we finally had an offer which we accepted. Hex (who worked as our main sales negotiator) also did a fabulous job. She always gave us notice before a viewing and was flexible in timings. She also regularly put up with “selling” the property to potential buyers with my 1 month old baby and Yorkshire Terrier on display- not an easy feat! Once we had accepted the offer, she was in touch with me regularly to give me an update on the buyers progress. This was especially important as the house we were trying to buy wanted to exchange very quickly. We owe a huge amount to Hex who managed to push the sale through super quickly (we exchanged within 5.5 weeks which no one thought would be possible!). Also, having someone come through your home can be quite frustrating- but Hex was always a pleasure to have around. We really can’t fault the service we received at Foxtons Harrow and would recommend all of our friends and family to use Foxtons going forward. In a difficult selling environment, we feel that we definitely got the best possible price for our property and can’t thank Foxtons enough!

A big thanks to Hex and Shaun for the sale of my property in the South Harrow area. Make no mistake, you pay for what you get! Although other local agents tend to undercut Foxtons fees, however they are nothing compared to Foxtons. Foxtons work fast, and time is money! I am speaking from experience, because I marketed my property with several local estate agents prior to Foxtons (who were even situated closer to the property) but to no avail, and hence a complete waste of time. This is simply because I benefitted from Foxtons ability to drive-up the viewing figures and provide me with quality prospective buyers from their dedicated staff. In particular, a special thank you to Hex for her drive and commitment throughout the conveyancing process. No doubt she was pulling the strings from all corners i.e. from me, to the buyer, to the solicitors and the buyer’s lender, and thus benefitting all parties. Her professionalism made this experience easy for me, even during difficult communication periods with the buyer, solicitors and buyer’s lender!

I was one of those people that was dubious of Foxtons given their rep. What I found was they provide an excellent service for a seller. I cannot thank them enough for their work. I instructed Foxtons in March after trying a local estate agent, after little success with a local estate agent and also an online estate agent. I dealt with Sophia and Hex, they were both excellent. Sophia valued the place at a higher value than I was expecting and they found a buyer that offered that price. There were some issues with the sale, to do with documents being lost by the Land registry and both Sophia and Hex, kept pushing the solicitors, to keep thing moving. They were efficient, and supportive. Specific reasons to use them: - great local knowledge to help your buyers make their decision - excellent quality of photos - tenacity and drive, they will keep pushing the solicitors - communication, they always keep you informed - price, they achieved the price they said they would - they research their buyers so you have confidence in the process Excellent service, well worth the fee !!

Keri Stanley help me through the steps of selling a property from my fathers estate. She helped me to understand the challenging aspects I was faced with. I found Keri particularly helpful because she sets realistic expectations and not just tells you what you want to hear. She has great knowledge of the market and is there to help you when things don't always go as smoothly as planned. Foxton has been efficient from the word "go" with my rental property search to agreement completion. They could revert on the same day on my specified search criteria and we could close the deal in only a few days. This illustrates their strong network in this market as well as customer focus. Their online system for completing documentation is very well suited for today's modern age and saves a valuable time for all parties involved. I'd like to extend special thanks to Amina Patel who is absolutely brilliant and empathetic to her clients, which is not so common trait in this business. Thanks to Joe as well for helping negotiate on my case and giving results so quickly. The only area they can improve further is quicker accessibility on the phone, though I do appreciate the frequent site visits may be demanding on their time. I hope this doesn't cause any concern or delays during our upcoming tenancy relationship and I can get the service related to property or tenancy in good time. This Foxton team has come across to me as very hard working and thorough professionals.
