After being with several other estate agents in the area, i decided to go with Foxtons. They were immediately more professional, better organised and really helped both the seller (me) and the buyer to ensure we were all comfortable. A big thank you to Shaun & Lisa as well as the other members of staff. I would certainly recommend them to anybody as they go above and beyond to do things properly. EDIT: I have just sold my flat also through Foxtons: Just want to say thanks to Shaun Bailey and Georgiana Sima for all their efforts throughout the process of selling my flat in Harrow. Both were attentive and available whenever I needed something and communication was regular and consise. They were effective and diligent in chasing down the relevant parties to get the transaction over the line, which in this case included parties other than the buyer. It was a long journey, but we made it in the end. Your advice and guidance throughout, particularly in relation to the cladding issues, were very much appreciated and I'm not sure I would have been successful with another agent.

Sally, Amina and their teams quickly rose to the challenge of finding me a tenant and delivered more viewings than their most direct competitor. They also found a high quality tenant, albeit slightly too late (but an exclusivity clause prevented them from starting for 6 weeks during which their competitor were able to get a significant head start). Our experience with Foxton has been quite pleasing. Anna Sobieraj has been our PoC from Day 1. She has been proactive enough to help us efficiently use our time to view all the available listings in the area.
