I found that Shaun Bailey was an amazing estate agent. i messed him about a few times but he was always courteous and polite and very ahead of the game when it comes to selling property. I have used many estate agents and none of them could give me a sale and at a price i wanted even though my property was lovely. I knew Foxtons could so I went back to them. I just handed them the keys and they would be very professional all of them not just Shaun. Shaun was always there to give very handy advice which also helped me purchase my forwarding property. I highly recommend Foxtons when selling a house and especially Shaun as your first port of call!

I have been working with Shaun Bailey and Lisa Patel from the Foxtons Sales team over the sales of my flat in South Harrow. It was a very challenging process due to the earlier buyer dropping out and solicitors of the seller side wasn't great either. Both Shaun and Lisa were extremely proactive with viewings and kept me updated at every step of the process. Personally I must applaud Lisa's skills in liaising with the solicitors, buyers and the sellers all of whom were busy professionals and wanted their respective bits of work done asap. She was very thorough in explaining timelines and what was outstanding to get the process completed. Unfortunately the sellers solicitors were extremely poor in responding to mails and phone calls and Lisa dealt with these situations proactively. if you want to sell your property you don't need to look anywhere else. Thank you Shaun, Lisa and the entire Foxtons sales team

I instructed Foxtons Harrow to sell my flat and after 2 weeks of marketing the property they found a successful buyer at the price I set out to achieve. The sale process was completed smoothly, from the valuation carried out by Shaun Bailey (who was extremely helpful) to the large number of accompanied viewings organised by Lisa Patel. Viewings still took place even after the property was sold STC as a precaution just in case the buyer dropped out, thankfully this did not happen. Special mention to Hexin He who worked extremely hard to make sure completion occurred by our deadline. Everyone at Foxtons Harrow was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property in Harrow and surrounding areas.

Me and my wife have been home hunting for around 3 months, having looked at over 20 properties and feeling extremely anxious with a baby on the way and our current house having been sold we were desperately looking for a new home for our family. When we went to see this property in Kenton it felt like home immediately not only because it was finally what we had found but also we were instantly made to feel at ease. Lisa was very welcoming and had a lovely warm smile. She was able to answer all our queries and concerns and she was extremely flexible with us and allowed us to take our time to view the property aswell as reassuring us which is the kind of experience we haven’t till date received with any of the other properties we have viewed. We have always been made to feel rushed and pushed however she made us feel so relaxed and in control which is what made our experience very pleasant. This review star rating is for the lets negotiator Bibben Bahd. Although I didn’t end up taking a flat with Foxtons this year, Bibben is the main reason why I will be going straight back to Foxtons when me and my fiancé decide to move flat again. She spent plenty of time trying to find me the perfect flat, despite no doubt being busy with many other clients. We are having a truly amazing experience with Andra Ciucas, Sales Negotiator, Harrow Sales, Foxtons. She is excellent at making things work. As we could not view properties during the day time, she arranged viewing during the evening even after her usual office hours. She let us spent as much time as we wanted to view the property. She made the whole experience positive and comfortable. She is responsive and approachable. She made us feel really great and made the process smooth. She managed to build the confidence and trust. Her advice on our property search strategy was invaluable: in fact it was her brilliant suggestion that enabled us to find the correct pathway to find the dream house. We are now in the process of going ahead witha survey: she had been truly amazing so far and helped us to overcome some of the challenges that would have hindered our potential to reach this stage of owning our dream property. I have only been using Foxtons Harrow for a short time. Lisa Patel has been helping to search for maisonettes with low or no service charges. Lisa is welcoming, very well spoken, well presented and professional who has taken my requirements including budget into consideration and has been keeping me updated frequently on what is available on the market as well as organising viewing times. It is still early days but so far, it has been a very good experience. I highly recommend Lisa and Foxtons Harrow.

I contacted Foxtons in Harrow to help out with my flat search and was put in touch with Nichole. She was very approachable and friendly and helped to arrange viewings of a few flats in the area - one of which I really liked and put down an offer for. Nichole was very helpful and quick with the whole process. Have just exchanged on the sale of my flat in South Harrow with foxtons and the service they have provided has been exceptional. I originally went with another local estate agent, and only had 9 viewings in 12 weeks, and no serious offers. Within 1 week of being with foxtons, I had 12 viewings, and 1 serious offer, and within 10 days I had accepted an offer at asking price. Foxtons may be a bit more expensive then the local estate agents, but they are worth it. I originally dealt with Shaun, and everything he stated that foxtons would do was spot on, especially regarding a massive increase in viewings compared to the previous estate agent. Hex found the buyer and managed everything up to exhange, and has been superb, always chasing the relevant parties and keeping everyone up to date. 5 out of 5 service. Tom

My husband & I contacted Foxtons in Harrow to help us look for a flat to rent. We were put in touch with Charlotte. We found her to be extremely professional, approachable, friendly and very honest. She listened to our needs and tailored the viewings to them. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find what we were after. Within a week of meeting her, she found the perfect property for us. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons. Their agents are consistently unprofessional. Everyone was pleasant prior to the deposit being paid, however the level of service declined noticeably afterwards. Communication became poor, with calls going to voicemail and requests often unanswered. I would strongly caution others to think twice before dealing with Foxtons, especially if you expect reliability and professionalism.

Agents are target based driven, the minute you make a enquiry it’s like a race against time and next thing you know a few agents are phoning asking the same questions! how much do you earn ? When do you need to move by ? I have a few properties for you ! They show properties that are out of budget and then on top of it you make an offer which isn’t bad but most times rejected. They show properties just to hit targets for their daily goals! You are just a number. When it comes to guarantors some agents aren’t even sure who you can use as a guarantor or which is frustrating. I’ve had a whole month and abit wasted of my time with foxtons. When you try to get in touch with your agent they ignore you for hours on end and then get told they are all on viewings it’s really unprofessional, you barely get a call back. Thanks to foxtons my search starts again. Agents wasted my time and could have left me and my kids homeless. Would i recommend them no. Very misleading company.
