I recently worked with Foxtons to purchase a home, and while the overall experience had its challenges, I am satisfied with the process. From our very first meeting, Dilpesh was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He consistently kept us updated on the seller’s side while also staying informed about our own sale. Since our purchase was delayed, we were abruptly required to find temporary accommodation, which made the situation quite stressful. Dilpesh truly went above and beyond his role to support us during this difficult period. I also want to acknowledge Nicola from the lettings team, who was incredibly considerate and stepped in to help. She assisted us in negotiating a reasonable price for a temporary rental and secured accommodation for us during the transition. Despite the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges we faced, I sincerely appreciate the efforts of everyone involved, Dilpesh, Hex, Nicola, and Ana, for their compassion and dedication. Thanks to their support, we were able to successfully navigate a tough situation and ultimately purchase the property we wanted.

I have recently bought a property through Foxtons and I am very happy with the service that was provided to me by Hex and Dilpesh. I had seen a couple of properties earlier through Dilpesh and later had booked a house through another agent which I informed Dilpesh on one of their follow up calls. Despite knowing that I already bought a property through another agent Dilpesh was very professional and gave me great feedback about the property that I was going to buy which further made me feel good about my decision. However later due to certain reasons I ended up not buying that property. Eventually, as luck may have it, I happened to buy a property through Dilpesh and Hex and their service throughout the entire process has been fantastic! Hex was very patient with the entire process as there were certain delays through my end and she was also helpful with me in discussing the survey report and with everything that followed on the back of it. She has been transparent and quick in getting things done from her end. Overall a great experience with Foxtons and I would recommend this agency to all my friends and relatives.

I had a disappointing experience with this agent. A viewing was scheduled for a specific property, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not actually available. Instead, I was taken to view a completely different property that was located quite far away from the original one. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper verification beforehand. It resulted in a waste of time and unnecessary travel, which was particularly frustrating given the expectations set prior to the appointment. I would strongly recommend that the agent ensures property availability is accurately confirmed before arranging viewings, as this would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

I contacted this estate agent to enquire about a 2-bedroom rental property. I explained that I work full-time for the NHS and that my husband currently receives Universal Credit while actively seeking work. The first agent said they could help, but the call got disconnected. When I called back, I was told I would receive a call back, which never happened. I can’t be certain why I wasn’t contacted again, but the lack of follow-up left me feeling disappointed and concerned. Clear communication would have been appreciated.

Foxtons is the worst agency, I have very bad experience with them. Since they rented very dirty house afer"proffesional cleaning", they done absolutely nothing for us. They took more then 1000 money from us for checking, deposit and rent. The house which we rented was very dirty, old carpets, oily and dusty kitchen, rubbish in the garden, walls not refreshed, water licking from boiler. We left house in very good condition, we done most of things by ourself. Now landlord is refiusing to give us our deposit and rent for couple of days. They with landlord trying to chaet us with our money. They done absolutely nothing apart for renting dirty house, Im not reccomending this agency to anyone. Landlord also done almost nothing for us, every time whenever we said that something need to be repair he didnt do it, we must done by ourself plus general cleanig before we moved. Property is on Brookfield Crescent.

I don’t know where shall i start from. I don’t know if it’s the correct office because i don’t which office is Shan Zhang from. So i came to view the apartment a month ago and i choose a medium studio flat, and we confirmed the same with her as well. It is very obvious that we don’t know any flat number so we wrote whatever the number Shan Zhang told us. And everything was okay. For me it was confirmed that i had medium studio room. After that i paid the holding deposit. After few weeks i was asked for the referencing and i had no idea that for ‘zero hour contract’ people they have pay upfront or else there is no other option. Shan Zhang from Foxtons never told us about this. And when i asked the referencing team they said the agent for sure know about this. I called back Shan Zhang and instead of helping me she said it’s not her department and she doesn’t know anything about this. And hence we had to pay 6 months plus security deposit all upfront. On 16.07.2024 we checked in to the flat. But i felt something is not okay with our room because it was not the one that i booked or confirmed. Instead of our medium room they gave me a single studio. When i asked Shan Zhang about the room she tried to convince me that was the room i booked. And i told her if i booked a single room then why i paid for medium studio which was 1225p/m. And Shan Zhang started talking to me rudely and aggressively on call in front of another Foxtons agent who was being very nice and helpful for me. Shan Zhang quoted “ if you want to stay to stay or else you can just withdraw and leave “. Which i could not handle and asked the other agent ghat i don’t want to talk or see Shan Zhang again. We stayed in the single room for three nights, which we never booked or paid, and after a real struggle and street today we are moving in a different medium studio ( not the one we booked ). Because Foxtons said that they don’t have the room which i booked and has been taking by someone else. I have the proof video of the show flat that we booked and even the conversation with the agent as well. Since the start i am compromising everything and there is nothing from Foxtons to offer us yet. So through this review i would like to say that the company tried to scam me. And i would like to demand a compensation from Foxtons for the mess up they did for 4 days and tree nights, my money is not a waste. The company should be happy that I haven’t filed any case to the court and police for fraud and scam. Will never recommend Shan Zhang to anyone and if by chance someone meet her be cautious and ask her everything. Thank you

My review is in relation to Foxtons Lettings in Harrow. I have been searching for a Rental Property and for this I have been dealing with Bibban Bhad from Foxtons Harrow branch for a few months now. In short, my experience has been excellent. Bibban has shown us a lot of good properties and has been prompt in her communications. But the part which stood out for me personally is that - During this period, Bibban has not only shown us good rental properties, but she has also been patient with us at times when we have had to suspend our search, sometimes for weeks due to other personal commitments. Apart from keeping us continuesly informed about relavant rental properties (currently on the market & upcomming ones), she has been very accommodative of delays for our side in terms of decision making. We have now finally found a property. I would definitely look to work with her in future and would recommend her to anyone seeking a property in Harrow. Thank You Bibban.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Lisa Patel who has transformed my perception of Foxtons and Property sales agents. I want to leave a review as I highly highly recommend her. As context, we just began the property search and believed it would take 1 year to find a suitable flat. Lisa began with investing a lot of time to really understand what we were after and why. Lisa then identified 3 really relevant properties and showed them to us, giving a very honest opinion on each. This built a lot of trust and we ended up focusing on the flat Lisa recommended (we felt no need to see any others)! Along the 2 week decision journey, various family members wanted to see the flat and Lisa patiently arranged viewings very promptly and was always there to answer any questions she could. For the ones she couldn’t, she went above and beyond, getting answers from the vendor often late in the evenings which I was very impressed by. With the obvious questions around Brexit, Lisa showed me weekly Foxtons figures which reassured me to go for the flat now. During the offer negotiation stage, Lisa remained calm and gentle but kept us practical so much so we agreed on a price within 2 days! All in all it's taken less than 1 month to find and agree an offer on an ideal flat. Lisa has naturally carried on being a pleasant to work with Machine since, gently ensuring both parties stay focused. To summarise, if you are really lucky you’ll get Lisa to help you find your property as she is one of the most pleasant people you'll ever meet but also very action orientated, keeping everyone practical and moving everything along at a perfect speed.

Foxtons in Harrow is just great, we were not willing the rent the property when we arranged the viewings, however Charlotte - One of the Foxtons agent found beautiful flat for us & helped with everything. We were sorted within few days and Charlotte always responded within couple of hours if not immediately. This positive experience started immediately after meeting Sean Bailey, the branch manager who instilled me with confidence about the saleability of my flat. 3 other agents tried to sell the flat over the previous 3 years u successfully. I thought their fees were a bit high but after they produced a number of good quality potential buyers within a short period of time, I could see how they justified their higher fee. They sold my flat within weeks & Ive never had such a smooth property sale experience. I thoroughly recommend Sean & his team & would obviously use them again.
