We used Foxtons to sell our flat. Shaun was really helpful, and took the time to explain the process with us, compared to other estate agents we had also approached when looking around initially. Throughout the sale, Shaun kept us informed and responded to our queries quickly and professionally. We were really happy with the service. It was an added bonus that Chloe and Shaun found a buyer who seemed to love the flat as much as we have.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Foxton agency in Harrow couple of weeks ago where I was greeted by Imani. From the very beginning she was lovely to chat with. She walked me through everything and had a chat lovely chat with me . She explained everything very thoroughly and gave me an excellent service. She could always be contacted for any further questions I had. She was just amazing .I would recommend her and the agency with no hesitation.

Ana Screpciuc has been the most tentative, kind and helpful estate agent that I’ve come across in my journey of moving houses, which has been over a few years. Been here and asked for a tenancy , all was nice and sugar until you sign the contract , after that complete silence and no answers from anyone. Agents even read your messages and never respond , Ana Sobieraj is the agent i dealt with . I've asked for a list of utility suppliers existent in the property she promised in front of the landord that this list will be provided before moving in , never got any response even after moving in the property ( the silence is because i refused to use their partners Tenant Shop to switch all providers ) Switching is not mandatory anywhere , i should have the option to stay with the existent suppliers . The TenantShop harassed me continuously every day with 5 - 6 calls asking me to do deals with utility companies . Moving day comes and got the keys , no agent came with me to show me how to enter the building which is based on a combination of pressing buttons plus a code ,waited for an hour or two for someone to go in the building and show me how to enter. What's the code good for if you don't know how to call the option on the entrance, also how to turn on heating ,where are all the water , electric and gas meters, just basic stuff that i previously had done in my previous tenancies . Property had no internet service whatsoever installed , this caused me to lose 2 shifts and money because i rely on remote working and need internet access , this could have been avoided if i had a list of suppliers or if i was told there was no internet for me to take action and ask for install before getting there . I had to call myself all the utility companies to find out who they are and where their meters are in the building. The only good thing about my tenancy is the Landlord which is the most responsible and most responsive Landlord i've ever dealt with in my life . TERRIBLE SERVICE , AMAZING LANDLORD .

I found this member of staff who works for Foxtons in Harrow dishonest. He is not a good advert for a company that seems highly regarded. The staff should realise they represent their company both in their office and also whilst parking their branded cars. Disappointing.

Whilst not comfortable leaving my real name in cyberspace. I did feel it necessary to write a review on my buying experience. Where most estate agents these days leave you chasing your own tail, Foxtons actively bring properties to you and keep you updated on what is coming up. For the last year, Hexin has been by my side showing me numerous properties and showing commitment to finding the perfect property for me, despite me being quite picky. When we did eventually find the property I wanted, Hexin's services did not stop there, she guided me through the buying process as it is my first property and kept ontop of the solicitors on all sides to push the sale forward. Helping to resolve the few hiccups along the way. Whilst foxtons does tend to price properties on the higher side, they do commit to providng a full professional service that is hard to find these days.

Foxtons Harrow have been amazing with regards to my sale last year. They got me at least £20,000 more than what other agents were willing to put up my property for. I would especially like to thank Saijal Parmar and Shaun Bailley for their utmost professionalism and understanding of what I was after in terms of net returns. They got the best buyer in first and it was sold the day it was listed, for an asking price which I thought was unbelievable to achieve. They take a high fee but net-net you are still a winner. Foxtons are the best when it comes to selling. Now that I have started looking, I am knocking their door first. Keep up the good work

We have sold and bought our new property through Foxtons and I couldn't be happier and satisfied. Excellent service but also they are very professional; Sophia valued our property in a professional way, and was very confident that we would have sold at the asking price which has happened only 4 months later. They are all very nice either if some more experienced than others, however they always advised me hours before the view, never found them in the property without notice - a big thank you to Hexin who successfully sold our property. Then we started look around for a new home, we contacted thousands of estate agents and always received a horrible service, had to constantly call back because they wouldn’t contact me about properties advertised online, any offer made they were always rude saying the buyer would never accept as we were in a chain. Until Sara from Foxtons contacted us and all was fantastic!! Not always had great properties but she always ready to know about our needs and taste (I’m very picky and difficult) at the end she showed us the perfect home!!! Sara thank you very much, you have been persistent in showing us that property and in fact we loved it!!! I will recommend Foxtons to everyone.

I worked with Keri Stanley over the summer looking for a very specific type of property. Keri was an absolute pleasure to work with - she spent a huge amount of time sourcing properties suitable for me, discussing their benefits, helping me assess my options and guiding me through other aspects of the process. Over this time, there were a number of things that impressed me about Keri. Firstly, she was genuinely enthusiastic in helping me with my search - every time there was a new instruction or price drop, she was more excited about it than I was. As someone who is quite new to the game, I felt a little naive and out of my depth at times, but Keri was always encouraging, always taking time to fully explain the intricacies of specific issues (e.g. repos, off-plan etc) even when it was clear that some of my options lay elsewhere/with other agencies. Although it was not part of her role, it was very reassuring to have some professional guidance and advice and she quickly helped me get a greater understanding of the market and key factors affecting my purchase. Occasionally I was hesitant about some properties on paper, but she had carefully selected them and advised me to view them, and she was always right - her professional judgement is spot on. And most importantly, Keri knew absolutely every detail about every property she put forward - if I asked awkward questions about boilers, fittings, leases, facilities etc, there was never any hesitation, Keri answered every question with full details. You could tell she knew the properties, knew the clients (buyers and sellers) and truly cared about each viewing. I am very used to agents referring to paperwork or emails or 'getting back to me' (which never happens) but Keri had in-depth knowledge of every property in her charge - instant, detailed answers. Most impressive. In a world where agents sometimes do little more than unlock the front door, Keri shines out as someone passionate about her job and about the buyers she works with. She is a credit to her branch and she will most definitely be the first (and only) call I make when I'm ready for my next purchase.

Foxtons have been absolutely fantastic with my recent house purchase. From the very beginning the communication was brilliant. They kept me up to speed with everything that was going on and are incredibly friendly to deal with. As we all know, buying a house is quite stressful at the best of times. The people at Foxtons are very knowledgeable and will give you the best possible advise that they can give which takes the pressure off somewhat. You can tell that with them its not all just about the "Commission". They really do care that you are getting a good service and that things run as smoothly as they can right up until completion. Foxtons were great when dealing with our property search, we were assigned to Laura Jull - she was very helpful, professional and personable when showing us around the potential properties. Once we had decided upon our property with Foxtons, Laura was great with replying to emails, answering our many questions and guiding us through the rental process. On our move-in day, when we arrived at Foxtons in the morning they had our keys ready complete with a welcome pack. We dealt with Keri Stanley, who was amazing from start to finish, even though we didn't end up buying a house through Foxtons! She really understood our search and gave us lots of useful information on the area, and showed us houses which really helped us to refine our requirements. She kept in touch even once we'd found a house through a different agent to check how our purchase was progressing. She also put us in touch with mortgage brokers and a different Foxtons branch to advise us on renting out our other property. I have never experienced such attentive, personal and helpful service from an estate agent - full marks for Foxtons and Keri. I will definitely use Foxtons in future.

Bibban was extremely helpful. As new immigrants to the UK, we were quite overwhelmed by all the admin, particularly finding a new home. She took a personal interest in our situation and went above and beyond, taking us around in her car to several properties. She genuinely wanted to help us. In the end, we secured a property with another agent in a different area, but through no fault of Foxtons or Bibban. A very professional agency and a big thank you to Bibban for the personal service.
