I was very happy with the service provided from Foxtons in a challenging market. Shaun Bailey who oversaw my sale from the beginning was a great help in guiding me through all aspects of the process and his experience and balanced approach to the difficult decisions and challenges that were presented were a big asset. Andra also did a fantastic job in keeping the conveyance moving along from the offer and acceptance stage all the way to exchange. I was very impressed with the service provided by Shaun Bailey, Operations Director at Foxtons in Harrow. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the local property market gave me great confidence, having had a previous negative experience of another agent. He was attentive throughout the sale process, answering any questions or issues I had promptly and the online portal made it easier to track viewings and updates on my property. I found Foxton's Harrow team to be a courteous and hardworking bunch who always kept the flow of potential buyers regular which was what I expected from them. Sometimes came across as a little over zealous at times but could be attributed to high exuberance and the pressured industry they operate in. However, at no time did they ever over step the mark. Foxtons did eventually find us a buyer but I ended up selling through a local rival firm with a slightly lower bid purely on the basis of agent fees. Hence 4 stars and not 5. I do want to single out Sophia Carrington who I found to be the quintessential professional and a huge credit to her firm. She always conducted herself with genuine empathy and real aplomb. Would most happily do business with her again should the opportunity ever arise and thoroughly deserves a 5 star herself.

I found Shaun and his team in Harrow to be very organised and professional compared to other agents. What I liked best was how they kept me informed of what was going on regardless of whether they were viewings or offers. Special mention also for Nikita whose viewings brought in offers. They did such a great job that I wil definitely use them again.

Foxtons has been very effective to find a place for us but then put a lot of pressure (several calls and emails per day) to get the payment of the first month rent and the agency fees. From the moment they got the money transferred, we started to struggle to get answers to our emails. In fact they did not care at all anymore. For example on the day we moved to the new appartment, nobody knew where the keys were! The landlord said Foxtons was responsible so we've been to Foxtons agency but Foxtons said the landlord was suppose to take care of it. Solution proposed by Foxtons: borrow to the landlord the key of the appartement door and to access the building just leave the backdoor open or ring the bell of a neighbour.

The moving process was horrible, the apartment was not clean, mould everywhere, the bathroom was in a nasty condition, the mattress was stained and had a burnt hole in it. Despite being told several times that there will be time to clean out the apartment this was definitely not the case. It seemed like Foxtons was more interested in getting the deal done than in actually going through with an end to end experience and ensuring that the move was smooth. Check other estate agents who will be able to deliver a smooth moving process from start to end and not drop you off as a customer as soon as you've signed the contract. This was by far a disappointing experience as I had truly thought that I had found a good decent estate agent who did the job they themselves told me that they would do. If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. Offered me a viewing in the morning. Drove all the way there, only for the letting agent to call me 2 minutes before our agreed viewing time and cancel due to someone’s offer being accepted. I’m not sure why they are still accepting viewings when the property was in the offers process, it’s highly unprofessional and I won’t be getting reimbursed for the waste of my time and petrol. What an absolute joke. I will make sure know person that I know and the people they know will ever use this company .

Immature, irresponsible and totally unprofessional bunch of people work here!! Don't waste your time with them. Ana lied to me each time about tenant references, mislead me into believing referencing had been passed when it hadn't, didn't collect any deposit or rent but told me they had, told potential tenants incorrect information about the agreement, and the list goes on.
