GoogleOf course not all Foxtons employees are the same but Amina Patel is totally unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. She never listen to customers and never try to give a professional advice and service. If she is the one who's going to handle your property matter, then my advice to you is to ask for someone else to assist you.

GoogleLandlords - STAY AWAY Called twice and left messages as I wanted to find a flat for my elderly father… told them we were 100% going to sign for a flat… A* tenant with no problem with finance or anything… tired of waiting, so went to a rival agent who will show us three flats tomorrow of which we’ll sign for one… so the landlords if the three I shortlisted on Foxtons have now missed out on the perfect tenant - Nimesh

GoogleThe journey of selling our home through Foxtons was as perfect as it can get, from the initial meeting with Adam Thornton the manager to discuss the sale to the day of the exchange, we were kept in the loop along the whole way. The level of service was second to none, I had regular updates along the whole process, that along with the updates on their online portal made the process much easier for the two of us. None of the sale would have been possible had it not been for Hexin He, not only did she find our buyer, we were kept abreast of realistic timelines and progress reports on a continual basis. She communicated with all parties which meant we didn’t have to worry at any stage of the process. Her kind and courteous approach to us will be one of the main reasons we would again choose Foxtons to represent us once again should be decide to move or look for a new house to purchase. Hexin followed up on the date of exchange to personally congratulate us on what was a special day for us and for that she is one person we will never forget. Foxtons experience is one which highlights not all house moves have to be stressful, you just need the right partners acting for you in the form of Hex and Adam at Foxtons.

GoogleFoxtons managed the sale of my flat with a level of enthusiasm, diligence and attention to detail that was exceptional. I had already emigrated and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with additional tasks that I couldn't do in person due to being overseas. They had a queue of customers waiting and even after the first buyer dropped out, they found another within 24 hours. Excellent, no other word for it.

I was in a special situation where I needed to find an apartment asap, so she rescheduled her day just to be able to show me properties as early as possible. Additionally, Foxtons at Harrow has the absolute best looking office among all the estate agent offices that I visited.

GoogleFoxtons has helped us find our new apartment, even after we moved in they checked up on us multiple times to make sure our move went smoothly and we were happy with our new apartment. We were shown a lot of apartments that we didn't show any interest in, which was quite annoying, and were above our price range, to finally see the actual apartment we wanted to see on the third appointment.
